Точное установление степени дифференцировки хондросаркомы на этапе предоперационной диагностики является наиболее значимым критерием для выбора объема хирургического вмешательства. Представлено клиническое наблюдение пациентки 56 лет с хондросаркомой тазовой кости, на примере которой показаны возможности лучевых диагностических методов в уточнении степени дифференцировки опухоли.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chondrosarcoma is one of the most common tumors in adults. Correct grading of chondrosarcoma is the most important criterion that defines the course of surgical treatment. A case report of a 56 years old female patient with chondrosarcoma of the pelvic bone is presented.
