В обзоре рассмотрены ограничения структурной визуализации и представлены дополнительные возможности перфузионных исследований, магнитнорезонансной спектроскопии по водороду и позитронно-эмиссионной томографии в разграничении рецидивной опухоли и лучевого некроза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Differentiation of tumor recurrence from radiation-induced brain changes is the main challenge of neuroimaging in patients with treated cerebral tumor.
