Показано, что Opisthorchis felineus обладает высокой иммуногенностью, а также является индуктором синтеза супрессорных цитокинов IL-10 и TGF-β.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>To investigate the molecular mechanisms of human immune response modification by Opisthorchis felineus antigens in bronchial asthma. The experimental study was performed with cell cultures from patients with bronchial asthma, patients with opisthorchiasis, and patients with BA and opisthorchiasis co-occurred.
