При действии наноматериала на изолированные сегменты повышаются амплитуды холинэргических, гистаминэргических сократительных реакций. Предобработка дезинтеграторами цитоскелета колхицином и нокодазолом ведет к увеличению механического напряжения сегментов при действии карбахолина и гистамина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The mechanographic method was used to study the influence of iron oxide nano-powder on airway muscle activity in guinea pigs. Under the action of nanomaterial on isolated segments, amplitudes of cholinergic and histaminergic contractile reactions increased.
