Проведен критический анализ существующих теорий регуляции сократительной активности ВМП. Описаны ведущие механизмы данного патологического состояния — расстройства уродинамики ВМП и нарушения почечного кровотока.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the review questions of pathogenesis of acute upper urinary tract`s obstruction are considered. The critical analysis of existing theories of upper urinary tract`s motor activity carried out.
