Была доказана важная роль вне- и внутриствольных сосудов чувствительного нерва в выживаемости нейрального лоскута. Аппликация папаверина на нервный ствол не оказывает достоверного влияния на выживаемость лоскута.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The neural-island flap is based only on a nerve and survives by intra-and extraneural vessels. Effect of a 2% solution of a papaverine on survival rate of neural-island flap was studied in research. The predominating role of a nerve in survival rate of a flap has been proved.
