Обследовано 44 пациентки (средний возраст (31,32 ± 5,05) года) с синдро-мом поликистозных яичников, которые были рандомизированы на две группы: 1-я – женщины, получавшие комбинированные оральные контрацептивы (КОК), бигуаниды и колекальциферол; 2-я группа – пациентки, получавшие КОК и бигуаниды. Группу сравнения составили 22 здоровые женщины, сопоставимые по полу и возрасту. Синдром поликистозных яичников (СПКЯ) верифи-цировали на основании диагностических критериев ESHRE/ASRM(2012). 25(OH)D витамин опре-деляли методом иммуноферментного анализа (нг/мл). Исследовали глюкозу и инсулин натощак, определяли индекс инсулинорезистентности HOMA. Оценивали депрессию с помощью теста Бека. Статистическая обработка полученных результатов проводилась в ппрограмме R-system.Результаты. У пациенток с СПКЯ определялся выраженный дефицит 25(OH)D, который связан с гиперандрогенией, гипергликемией, гиперинсулинемией, инсулинорезистентностью, а также де-прессией. Прием колекальциферола приводит к улучшению углеводного обмена и проявлений СПКЯ, а также значимо снижает параметры окружность талии, соотношение окружность та-лии / окружность бедер, депрессию.Заключение. Коррекция недостаточности 25(OH)D вносит существенный вклад в улучшение ме-таболических и психологических параметров, фертильности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. To estimate the correction failure 25 (OH) D in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Material and Methods. The study involved 44 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, aged 31.32 ± 5.05, who were randomly assigned to 2 groups: 1st – obtained coca biguanides and Kolekaltsiferol, second – combined oral contraceptive (combined hormonal ) and biguanides. The comparison group consisted of 22 healthy women matched for age and sex. Examined glucose and fasting insulin, HOMA index of insulin re-sistance. Depression was assessed using the Beck test. Statistical analysis – R-system.Results. The patients with PCOS defined by the expression deficit of 25 (OH) D, which is associated with hyperandrogenism, hyperglycemia, hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, as well as depression. Ad-mission kolekaltsiferola leads to improved glucose metabolism and manifestations of PCOS, and also significantly reduces the parameters of OT, OT / OB, depression.Conclusion.
