Особая конструкция протеза упрощает процедуру имплантации и позволяет уменьшить риски при возможных повторных операциях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the first clinical case of the implantation of a composite frame xenopericardial bioprosthesis “MedEng-Bio” in the mitral position.
