Предложена модель, позволяющая применять одну простую формулу для описания всех трех процессов. Электроэнцефалографические записи обычного ночного сна были использованы для определения параметров модели и предсказания эффектов экспериментальных манипуляций режимом сна-бодрствования.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The most-known model of sleep-wake regulation includes different formulae describing the kinetics of three separate processes, i.e., homeostatic, circadian, and ultradian. We tried to explain all these processes within a more parsimonious modeling framework and to use the EEG recordings of baseline night sleep for derivation of the model’s parameters and for prediction of the effects of experimental manipulations with sleep-wake regimen.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>регуляция сна-бодрствования</kwd><kwd>цикл «сон-бодрствование»</kwd><kwd>ультрадианные циклы сна</kwd><kwd>двухпроцессорная модель</kwd><kwd>спектр электроэнцефалограммы</kwd><kwd>дельта-активность</kwd><kwd>метод главных компонент</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>sleep-wake regulation</kwd><kwd>sleep-wake cycle</kwd><kwd>ultradian sleep cycle</kwd><kwd>two-process model</kwd><kwd>EEG spectrum</kwd><kwd>delta activity</kwd><kwd>principal component analysis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Achermann P., Borbely A.A.
