Выявление конституционально-морфологической предиспозиции к акатизии у больных шизофренией, получающих антипсихотическую терапию.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Обследованы 250 больных шизофрений, получающих базисную антипсихотическую терапию, в возрасте 40 [32; 50] лет и длительностью заболевания 13 [7; 22] лет. Возраст манифестации шизофренического процесса составил 23 [19; 30] года. Клиническая оценка акатизии была выполнена с использованием Шкалы акатизии Барнса (BARS, BAS), акатизия выявлена у 92 (36,8%) пациентов. Все лица, вошедшие в исследование, прошли антропометрическое обследование по методике В.В. Бунака. Статистический анализ выполнен с использованием программного обеспечения Statistica for Windows (V. 12.0), оценка отношения шансов – с использованием онлайн-калькулятора MedCalc®.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Сравнительный анализ индексов Rees – Eysenk и Tanner в группах больных шизофренией, получающих антипсихотическую терапию, с акатизией и без акатизии не показал значимых различий между ними (p = 0,317 и p = 0,347 соответственно). Сопоставление групп по частоте встречаемости конституционально-морфологических типов также не обнаружило статистических различий (p = 0,189). Принадлежность пациентов к андроморфному типу соматической половой дифференциации увеличивало риск появления антипсихотик-индуцированной акатизии практически в два раза (отношение шансов = 1,73; 95%-й доверительный интервал 1,02–2,94; p = 0,039).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Принадлежность больных к различным конституционально-морфологическим типам не играет роли в развитии антипсихотик-индуцированной акатизии в отличие от андроморфной соматической половой дифференциации, которая существенно увеличивает ее риск.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to identify constitutional and morphological predisposition to akathisia in schizophrenic patients receiving antipsychotic therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 250 patients with schizophrenia receiving basic antipsychotic therapy were studied, aged 40 [32; 50] years old; disease duration was 13 [7; 22] years. The age when the schizophrenic process manifested itself was 23 [19; 30] years. Clinical evaluation of akathisia was performed using the Barnes Akathisia Scale (BARS, BAS), so akathisia was detected in 92 (36.8%) patients. All persons included in the study underwent an anthropometric survey according to the Bunak’s method. Statistical analysis was performed using Statistica for Windows software (V. 12.0), the odds ratio was estimated using the MedCalc® online calculator.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The comparative analysis of the Rees – Eysenk body index and Tanner stages in groups of schizophrenic patients receiving antipsychotic therapy with and without akathisia showed no significant differences between them (p = 0.317 and p = 0.347, respectively). Comparison of groups in the distribution of constitutional and morphological types also revealed no statistical differences (p = 0.189). Patients with the andromorphic type of somatic sexual differentiation increased the risk of antipsychotic-induced akathisia (OR = 1.73; 95% CI: 1.02–2.94; p = 0.039) almost twofold.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
