Лиссабон, Португалия). Рассмотрены вопросы внедрения новых принципов диагностики МКБ-11,представлены основные результаты изменений и модификаций в рамках расстройств шизофренического спектра, расстройств настроения и новых диагностических категорий в объединенном новомпонятии обсессивно-комульсивные расстройства и связанные расстройства. Клиническая полезностьМКБ-11 заключается в возможности использовать диагностические критерии более точно, чем ранее.Освещены выступления лидеров конгресса, основная линия в выступлениях специалистов многихстран – достижение самыми различными способами улучшения психического здоровья человека.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article provides information about the XIX World Congress of Psychiatry (August 21-24, 2019, Lisbon, Portugal). The issues of implementing the new ICD-11 diagnostic principles are considered; the main results of changes and modifications in schizophrenic disorders, mood disorders and new diagnostic categories in the new concept of “obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) and obsessive-compulsive related disorders” are presented.</p><p>The clinical utility of ICD-11 consists in the ability to use the diagnostic criteria more accurately than before.
