Методом сплошной выборки с помощью опросника госпитальной шкалы тревоги и депрессии было проведено aнкетирование 250 пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом (ОКС), поступивших в отделение неотложной кардиологии НИИ кардиологии СО РАМН (Томск). Из них у 85 человек (34%) были выявлены симптомы тревоги и депрессии, у 165 (66%) тревожнодепрессивная симптоматика отсутствовала. В пилотное рандомизированное проспективное сравнительное исследование было включено 46 человек. На фоне общепринятой терапии ОКС 23 пациента получали дополнительно агомелатин (вальдоксан, производитель – компания Servier). Результаты исследования показали улучшение психического статуса и качества жизни пациентов.
