Показана зависимость выраженности альфа-диапазона электроэнцефалограммы перед выстрелом от уровня мастерства спортсмена. Рассматривается сдвиг доминирующей частоты аль-фа-диапазона в период, предшествующий выстрелу, в более высокочастотную область относительно фонового альфа-ритма. Обсуждаются физиологические механизмы выявленных отличий между стрелками и испытуемыми контрольной группы при помощи тренингов на основе биоуправления.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The goal of the research was a detailed characterization of the pre-shot EEG alpha activity of marksmen. It was found out that the amplitude of the spectrum of alpha activity is dependent upon the level of the sportsmen. It is discussed that the pre-short alpha is not similar with alpha rhythm in its classical definition.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>электроэнцефалограмма</kwd><kwd>альфа-ритм</kwd><kwd>оптимальное функционирование</kwd><kwd>био- логическая обратная связь</kwd><kwd>стрельба</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>EEG</kwd><kwd>alpha-rhythm</kwd><kwd>optimal performance</kwd><kwd>biofeedback</kwd><kwd>shooting</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Базанова О.М., Мерная Е.М., Штарк М.Б.
