Обследовано 89 пациентов с внебольничной пневмонией, из которых 37 человек имели затяжное течение заболевания. Распределение частот генотипов фактора некроза опухолей α G–308A, интерлейкина-1β C–511T, интерлейкина-10 G–1082A соответствовали равновесию Харди–Вайнберга.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Выявлено, что полиморфизмы геновфактора некроза опухолей α G–308A и интерлейкина-10 G–1082A были связаны с длительным течением внебольничной пневмонии. Медленному разрешению заболевания у пациентов – носителей генотиповGA и АА фактора некроза опухолей α способствовало тяжелое течение, интенсивность воспаления у данных больных нашла отражение в высоких показателяхскорости оседания эритроцитов и С-реактивного белка. Затяжное течение у пациентов – носителей генотипа GG интерлейкина-10 сочеталось с выраженными клиническими и лабораторными проявлениями в дебюте заболевания и более частым развитием плеврального выпота. Частоты аллелей и генотипов интерлейкина-1β среди пациентов с тяжелым и медленно разрешающимся течением не отличались.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Наличие генотипов GA и АА фактора некроза опухолей α и GG интерлейкина-10 могут быть использованы для оценки прогноза длительности течения внебольничной пневмонии в комплексе с клиническими данными.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To study the distribution of genotypes and alleles tumor necrosis factor-α G–308A, interleukin1β C–511T, interleukin-10 G–1082A in patients with slowlyresolved pneumonia and their association with clinical and radiologicalfeatures of the disease.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods: We investigated 89 patients with community-acquired pneumonia, of which 37 people had a slowlyresolving course of the disease.The genotype distribution of studied polymorpisms corresponded the Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: We determined that the tumor necrosis factor-α G–308A and interleukin-10 G–1082A gene polymorphisms were associated with the long course of pneumonia. Slow resolution of the disease in patients who are carriers of GA and AA genotypes of tumor necrosis factor-α contributed to a severe course. The intensity of inflammation in these patients was reflected in the high rates of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein. Prolonged duration in patients who are carriers of GG genotype of IL-10 was associated with significant clinical and laboratory manifestations at onset of the disease and more frequent development of pleural effusion.
