В 2006 г. Томск стал местом для реализации пилотной программы по паллиативной помощи ВИЧ- и ТБ-инфициро- ванным в рамках проекта «ГЛОБУС». В статье обсуждаются этические аспекты оказания паллиативной помощи и опыт реализации программы «Паллиативная помощь и уход при ВИЧ/СПИДе» на базе Томского областного Центра по профи- лактике и борьбе со СПИД и инфекционными заболеваниями.

In 2006, Tomsk become an initial pilot site for a Globus Program initiative on palliative care, HIV and MTB. The paper pre- sents a discussion on the ethical aspects of palliative care and some lessons of the program «Adjusting Teamwork in Palliative Care», utilizing Tomsk Regional Center for AIDS and other Infectious Diseases.
