В качестве маркеров апоптоза Лф использовали динамику изменения величины митохондриального потенциала (МП), уровня экспрессии фосфатидилсерина (ФС), а также фрагментации ДНК. Изучаемые параметры апоптоза оценивали методом проточной цитофлюориметрии. В Лф больных РЯ при инкубации в среде RPMJ-1640 фрагментация ДНК наблюдалась в большей степени и на более ранних сроках по сравнению с Лф доноров. Достоверно выражено падение МП и повышение уровня экспрессии ФС. Результаты свидетельствуют о повышенной реактивности митохондрий Лф больных РЯ и, как следствие, о пониженной их устойчивости к процессам спонтанного апоптоза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Results of the study of the spontaneous apoptosis mechanisms of peripheral blood lymphocytes of ovary cancer (OC) patients are presented in the article. Dynamics of mitochondrial potential (MP) change, level of phosphatidylserine (PS) expression and DNA fragmentation were used as apoptosis markers. These parameters were estimated by flow cytometry. During the incubation process, DNA fragmentation in OC patient lymphocytes were more intensive and observed during earlier stages than those in donor lymphocytes. Also, reliable decrease of MP and increase of PS expression level were observed.
