Проведен сравнительный анализ течения периода пременопаузы и постменопаузы у женщин с хронической ишемией головного мозга (1-я группа) и у женщин, не имеющих признаков поражения сосудов головного мозга (2-я группа). Исследование включало оценку анамнеза, объективного статуса, функционального состояния вегетативной нервной системы, астении, а также лабораторные и инструментальные методы исследования. Анализ полученных данных показал, что ишемические нарушения мозгового кровообращения у жен щин способствуют более раннему проявлению климактерического синдрома с яркой клинической картиной в виде нейровегетативных, обменно-эндокринных и психоэмоциональных нарушений, а также с высокой частотой астенических нарушений преимущественно по гипостеническому типу.
A comparative analysis of the premenopause and postmenopause course was carried out in women with cerebral circulation ischemic disor ders (group I) and in women without the signs of the cerebral vascular impairment (group II). The study included the evaluation of the anamnesis, objective status, functional state of the vegetative nervous system, asthenia as well as laboratory and instrumental examination methods. The analysis of the obtained data showed that cerebral circulation ischemic disorders in women contribute to earlier manifestations of the climacteric syndrome with a marked clinical picture presented by neurovegetative, metabolicendocrine and psychoemotional disorders as well as high fre quency of asthenic disturbances of predominantly hypostenic type.
