Окклюзия левой коронарной артерии (10 мин) у крыс контрольной группы провоцировала развитие различных видов желудочковых аритмий и вызывала гибель 23% животных. Диборнол (100 мг/кг массы тела, внутрижелудочно за 24 и 3 ч до окклюзии) не изменял частоту и характер нарушения ритма сердца в период ишемии и статистически значимо снижал частоту возникновения и тяжесть аритмий в реперфузионный период, уменьшал смертность животных, обусловленную фатальными аритмиями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We studied the аntiarrhythmic activity of novel sterically hindered phenols – 4-methyl-2,6diisobornilphenol (dibornol) in acute myocardial ischemia/reperfusion in male Wistar rats. Left coronary artery occlusion (10 min) in control group induced different ventricular arrhythmia and 23% mortality of animals.
