Разработано специальное программное обеспечение, предназначенное для оценки минеральной массы и структуры кости. Программное обеспечение апробировали при исследовании 10 анатомических препаратов поясничных позвонков и 20 больных хронической почечной недостаточностью, получающих лечение гемодиализом. Сопоставление результатов цифрового анализа компьютерных томограмм, исследования минерального состава и гистоморфометрии анатомических препаратов поясничных позвонков показали, что разработанный способ позволяет достоверно анализировать структуру трабекулярной кости и косвенно оценивать минеральную плотность.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Digital analysis potential of lumbar vertebra computed tomograms as a method of osteoporosis diagnostics has been investigated. Specific software designed for mineral weight and bone structure assessments has been developed. This software has been approved during the investigation of 10 lumbar vertebra anatomic preparations and 20 patients with chronic renal failure treated by hemodyalisis.
