Представлены результаты 112 транспозиций кровоснабжаемых комплексов тканей cтопы, примененных при лечении хронического посттравматического остеомиелита костей стопы и дистальной трети голени. Положительные результаты получены у 86,6% больных с восстановлением трудоспособности у 81,5% пациентов. Авторы утверждают, что предлагаемые артериализированные комплексы тканей стопы при лечении хронического посттравматического остеомиелита костей стопы и дистальной трети голени позволяют отойти от практики многоэтапных операций, сократить сроки стационарного лечения. Предложен алгоритм помощи при лечении хронического посттравматического остеомиелита костей стопы и дистальной трети голени.
The results of 112 transpositions of blood receiving complexes tissue foot applied in the treatment of chronic posttraumatic osteomyelitis of the bones of the foot and the distal third of the shin. Positive results were obtained in 86,6% of patients with recovery to work in 81,5% of the patients.
