Обсуждаются достоинства и недостатки различных критериев (маркеров), используемых для выявления пищевой непереносимости в различных инструментальных тестах. Показано, что методы, основанные на исследовании реакции специфических антител к тестируемым пищевым антигенам, наиболее точны, надежны и представительны для диагностики пищевой непереносимости с целью использования в практической медицине.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Аn analytical review of modern methods of food intolerance diagnostics based on interpretation of markers used in the various tests is рresented.
