Исследовать влияние сухих экстрактов Saussurea controversa DC. и Fillipendula ulmaria (L.) Maxim. при экспериментальном остеомиелите на фоне применения цефазолина у крыс.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. После курсового введения экстрактов в дозе 100 мг/кг на фоне антибиотикотерапии наблюдается локализация воспалительного процесса, тогда как у животных, получавших только цефазолин, воспаление приобретает разлитой характер. В условиях комплексной терапии в сыворотке крови достоверно снижается содержание диеновых конъюгатов, а в мышечной ткани зоны поражения – ТБК-активных продуктов, общих липидов и лизофосфатидилхолина в отличие от монотерапии цефазолином. При применении экстрактов S. controversa нормализуется уровень диацилглицеридов и фосфатидилхолина, а при применении экстракта F. ulmaria – свободного холестерина в мышечной ткани зоны поражения в сравнении с группой животных, леченных только цефазолином.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Применение водно-этанольного экстракта S. controversa на фоне антибиотикотерапии способствует снижению активности кислой и щелочной фосфатаз в сыворотке крови, что может влиять на усиление репаративных процессов в костной ткани. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The influence of dry extracts of Saussurea controversa DC. and Filipendula ulmaria (L.) Maxim. in experimental osteomyelitis with the use of сefazolin in rats.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. After a course of therapy extracts at a dose of 100 mg/kg on the background of antibiotic therapy observed localization of the inflammatory process, whereas animals receiving only Cefazolin becomes diffuse inflammation. In the conditions of complex therapy the level of diene conjugates significantly reduces in the serum and the level of TBA-active products, total lipids and lysophosphatidylcholine reduces in the muscle tissue of the affected area. In the application of extracts of S. controversa returns to normal level of diacylglycerides and phosphatidylcholine, and the application of the extract of F. ulmaria – free cholesterol in comparison with the group of animals treated only with сefazolin.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the application of water-ethanol extract of S. controversa with simultaneous intramuscular сefazolin marked decrease in the activity of acid and alkaline phosphatase that can enhance reparative processes in the bone tissue. </p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Saussurea controversa DC.</kwd><kwd>Filipendula ulmaria (L.)
