Установить особенность влияния гонартроза на кинематические показатели коленного сустава у людей в возрасте 40–65 лет при помощи метода безмаркерного захвата движений.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследовании приняли участие 81 человек. В группу контроля вошли 42 человека без симптоматических признаков гонартроза, в экспериментальную группу – 39 человек с диагнозом гонартроз первой и второй степени в возрасте 40–65 лет. При помощи метода безмаркерного захвата движений и программного обеспечения Brekel Pro Body сделан биомеханический анализ кинематики коленных суставов.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено, что люди в возрасте 40–65 лет, страдающие гонартрозом, имеют достоверно большие угловые моменты боковых движений и ротаций в коленных суставах.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. При анализе кинематики коленных суставов между контрольной и экспериментальной группами были зафиксированы существенные различия (t-test, p &lt; 0,01). Кроме этого зафиксированы различия между доминантной и недоминантной конечностями, которые означают, что сила мышц нижних конечностей также может являться модифицирующим фактором, влияющим на напряжение в суставах, что потенциально может привести к развитию и (или) прогрессированию дегенеративных повреждений в коленном суставе. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To establish peculiarity of the influence of gonarthrosis on kinematics indices of the knee joint at people at the age of 45–60 with the help of markless motion method.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. In the research 81 people took part. In the group of the control entered 42 people without symptomatic evidences of gonarthrosis, in the experimental group – 39 people with gonarthrosis of the 1 and 2 degrees at the age of 40 to 65. With the help of the markless motion method and software Brekel Pro Body» was made biomechanical analysis of the kinematics of knee joints.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It is established that people at the age of 40 to 65, suffering with gonarthrosis have authentically more angular moments of lateral mode of motions and rotations in knee joints.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Under analysis of the kinematics of knee joints, between the control and the experimental groups were fixed significant differences (t-test, p &lt; 0,01).
