Всем пациентам проводилась компьютерная или магнитно-резонансная томографии по стандартной методике, ультразвуковое исследование с оценкой различных показателей: толщины висцерального жира, подкожного жира и их соотношения, толщины предбрюшинного жира на исследуемом уровне. На основании применения ROC-анализа были определены пороговые значения для всех лучевых методов, проведен сравнительный анализ изучаемых диагностических моделей (томографических методов и ультразвукового метода) в сравнении с антропометрическими измерениями (отношение окружности талии и окружности бедер). Используя полученные результаты, был разработан алгоритм лучевого исследования висцерального ожирения у пациентов с метаболическим синдромом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In order to assess the possibility of applying the methods of radiation diagnosis of visceral obesity in the metabolic syndrome in clinical practice and compare their results with indicators of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism were examined 78 patients (38 men and 40 women), mean age (45.9 ± 15.5). All patients underwent computed or magnetic resonance imaging according to standard procedure, an ultrasound evaluation of various parameters: the thickness of visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, and their ratio, the thickness of preperitoneal fat in the target level. Based on the application of ROC-analysis identified thresholds for all radiological methods, a comparative analysis of the studied diagnostic models (tomographic methods and the ultrasonic method) compared with the anthropometric measurements (WC/HС). Using these results, the algorithm was ray studies of visceral obesity in patients with metabolic syndrome.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>диагностика висцерального ожирения</kwd><kwd>висцеральная жировая ткань</kwd><kwd>подкожная жировая ткань</kwd><kwd>толщина висцерального жира</kwd><kwd>толщина предбрюшинного жира</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>diagnosis of visceral obesity</kwd><kwd>visceral adipose tissue</kwd><kwd>subcutaneous adipose tissue</kwd><kwd>visceral fat thickness</kwd><kwd>the thickness of preperitoneal fat</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Бутрова С.А.
