Изучить влияние экспериментальной сальпингэктомии на морфофункциональное состояние яичников в различные сроки после операции.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Эксперимент проведен на половозрелых крысах-самках. Основную группу составили 20 животных с удаленными яйцеводами, контрольную – 20 интактных животных. Крысы выводились из эксперимента на 2-, 10-, 30- и 60-е сут после операции. Проведены гистологическое и морфометрическое исследования депарафинированных серийных срезов яичников, окрашенных гематоксилином-эозином и по Ван-Гизону.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. После двустороннего удаления яйцеводов у крыс в начальные сроки эксперимента наблюдались гемодинамические и экссудативные изменения в виде очагов мононуклеарной инфильтрации в корковом и мозговом веществе, явлений престаза и стаза форменных элементов, краевого стояния лейкоцитов в сосудах. На 2-е сут эксперимента наблюдалось увеличение количества растущих фолликулов, большинство из них имели признаки атрезии. На 60-е сут эксперимента снижалось количество растущих фолликулов ивозрастало количество атретических тел. Отмечалось усиление процессов коллагенообразования.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Экспериментальная сальпингэктомия приводит к дезорганизации гонад, нарушению процессов роста фолликулов и усилению атрезии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. To study influence of experimental salpingectomy on morphofunctional state of ovaries in different terms of postoperative period.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The experiment was conducted on mature female rats. The main group consisted of 20 rats with removed oviducts, the control group – 20 intact rats. Rats were euthanized at 2nd, 10th, 30th and 60th days of experiment. Paraffin slides of ovaries were stained with hematoxylin and eosin, and with Van Gieson’s stain. Histological and morphoquantitative investigations were performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Hemodynamic and exudative disorders, such as leukocyte infiltration focuses in cortex and medulla, stasis of blood cells and leukocytes boundary distance, occur in early terms after bilateral removal of oviducts. On the 2nd day the number of growing follicle increases, most of them have atresia sights. On the 60th day the number of growing follicles decreases and the number of atretic bodies increases. The process of collagen formation enhances.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
