У 51 пациента с болезнью Паркинсона исследована ольфакторная функция с помощью обонятельного теста Sniffin Sticks Test и изучено таксономическое разнообразие фекальной микробиоты.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Обонятельные нарушения в виде гипосмии и аносмии были выявлены у подавляющего большинства пациентов с болезнью Паркинсона. Обнаружены различия α-разнообразия кишечных микроорганизмов в зависимости от ольфакторной характеристики больных с болезнью Паркинсона.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные результаты позволяют расширить представления об этиологии и патогенезе болезни Паркинсона.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of this paper is to study the most common non-motor symptoms of the Parkinson’s disease (PD): olfactory dysfunction, constipation and associated with them variety of fecal microorganisms in patients with Parkinson’s disease.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We studied olfactory function in 51 patients with PD using Sniffin Sticks Test and taxonomic composition of fecal microbiota.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Olfactory dysfunctions (hyposmia, anosmia) were found in most patients that participated in study as well as differences in alpha-variety of gut microbiota among groups with different olfactory characteristics.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
