Оценить эффективность дапаглифлозина в профилактике и лечении эксперимен- тальной уратной нефропатии.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Работа проведена на 30 крысах-самцах сток Вистар массой 220–310 г. Для формирования уратной нефропатии у крыс использовали воспроизведенную ранее классическую модель ингибирования уриказы, вызывающую развитие гиперурикемии у грызунов. В суточной моче животных определяли содержание мочевой кислоты (МК), общего белка, креатинина и активность ферментов-маркеров почечной дисфункции лактатдегидрогеназы (ЛДГ), гамма-глутамилтрансферазы и N-ацетил-β-D- глюкозаминидазы. По окончании эксперимента в крови крыс, полученной после декапитации, определяли содержание МК, креатинина, активность каталазы, глутатионпероксидазы, супероксиддисмутазы, восстановленного глутатиона, тиобарбитурат-реактивных продуктов, общую антиоксидантную активность и общую прооксидантную активность. В почках крыс определяли те же параметры свободно-радикального окисления.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено, что длительное применение дапаглифлозина в профилактическом и лечебном режимах, несмотря на снижение pH мочи, существенно улучшает состояние животных с экспериментальным уратным нефролитиазом, что подтверждается значительным снижением уровня мочевой кислоты в плазме крови и моче крыс, снижением активности ЛДГ в моче и угнетением процесса свободно-радикального окисления.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Длительное применение дапаглифлозина в профилактическом и лечебном режимах, несмотря на снижение pH мочи, существенно облегчает течение экспериментального уратного нефролитиаза, что подтверждается значительным уменьшением уровня мочевой кислоты в плазме крови и моче крыс, снижением активности ЛДГ в моче и угнетением процесса свободно-радикального окисления. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim of the study</title><p>Aim of the study. Rate dapagliflozin effective in the prevention and treatment of experimental urate nephropathy.</p></sec><sec><title>Мaterials and methods</title><p>Мaterials and methods. The study was conducted on 30 male rats Wistar stock weighing 220–310 g. For the formation of urate nephropathy in rats using reproduced earlier classic model inhibiting uricase, causing the development of hyperuricemia in rodents. The animal was determined daily urine content MC, total proteins, creatinine, and enzyme activity of renal dysfunction markers LDH, gamma-glutamyl and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase. After the experiment the rat blood obtained after decapitation determined content MC, creatinine, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, reduced glutathione, thiobarbiturate-reactive products, total antioxidant activity and a common pro-oxidant activity. In the kidneys of rats was determined by the same parameters of free radical oxidation.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It was found that prolonged use of dapagliflozin in the prophylactic and therapeutic regimes, despite a decline in urinary pH, significantly improves the condition of animals with experimental urate nephrolithiasis, as evidenced by a significant decrease in the level of uric acid in blood plasma and urine of rats, a decrease in LDH activity in urine and inhibition process is free -radical oxidation.</p></sec><sec><title>Сonclusion</title><p>Сonclusion.
