В обзоре рассмотрены основные этапы и причины изменения представлений о роли специалиста с фармацевтическим образованием в системе здравоохранения. Представлены ключевые направления реализации концепции менеджмента лекарственной помощи на популяционном и индивидуальном уровне.

The main stages and reasons forchanges the role of the pharmacist in health care system were discussed in this review. Key areas for the implementation of medicines managementconcepts at the population and individual level were presented.
