Цель исследования — разработать программу лечения больных туберкулезом легких с бронхообструктивным синдромом (БОС). По предложенной диагностической программе, включающей анкетирование, комплекс функциональных методов, исследование прооксидантного статуса обследовано 310 пациентов. Разработана базисная лечебная программа, в которой сочетаются разные методы устранения причин БОС: адекватная противотуберкулезная химиотерапия, воздействие патогенетическими средствами, современные схемы бронхолитической терапии, борьба с курением.
