Подверженность к возникновению эозинофильной реакции крови при туберкулезной инфекции ассоциирована с аллелем G и гомозиготным генотипом GG полиморфного участка A-384G гена эотаксина, а также с аллелем С и генотипом СС полиморфизма T-51C гена рецептора эотаксина ССR3.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>With attracting contemporary molecular-genetic and immunological research methods, it has been established that blood eosinophilia under pulmonary tuberculosis is mediated by hypersecretion eotaxin.
