В представленном обзоре проведен анализ мировой литературы: рассматриваются особенности структуры и функции яичников у пациенток после одной из самых распространенных гинекологических операций – гистерэктомии. Представлены различные сведения, касающиеся вопросов сохранения или удаления маточных труб во время гистерэктомии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Estrogen-deficient state evolving after the removal of the uterus and blood disorders and innervation. In the present analytical review of the literature discusses the features of the structure and function of the ovaries in patients undergoing hysterectomy.
