Abstract

Aim of the research — to define the tiotropium bromide influence on bronchial neutrophiles and macrophages morphofunctional properties at stable of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The tiotropium using for 3 months has allowed to improve essentially qualitative characteristics of key effectors cells. The revealed changes were observed in all groups of patients irrespective of a previous mode of COPD treatment.
