Молекулярные и эпидемиологические основы аллергии к белкам коровьего молока

Аннотация
Аллергия к белкам коровьего молока характеризуется ранним дебютом и высокой распространенностью в детской популяции. В обзоре представлены современные данные о молекулярной структуре, физико-химических и аллергенных свойствах белковых компонентов коровьего молока. Изложены закономерности естественного течения пищевой аллергии и аспекты формирования толерантности к белкам данного продукта.
