Роль цитокинов в патогенезе аутоиммунного диабета, вопросы иммуноинтервенции

Аннотация

Рассмотрена роль цитокинов в патогенезе аутоиммунного сахарного диабета, включая латентный аутоиммунный диабет взрослых. Обсуждаются терапевтические подходы, направленные на предупреждение снижения секреции эндогенного инсулина. Приведен обзор клинических испытаний иммуносупрессивных средств и модуляторов иммунологической толерантности при аутоиммунном сахарном диабете (типа 1А).
