Impact of body loss weight-oriented psychotherapy on indices of depression and anxiety in group of patients with overweight and obesity

Abstract
Purpose of this research is to value impact of body loss weight-oriented psychotherapy on indices of depression and anxiety. We used weight, body mass index, CES-D depression scale and Spielberger—Hanin anxiety scale before and one month after body loss weight — oriented psychotherapy group of 30 overweight patients. We have found significant body loss weight and improvement of scales results during 1 month period.
