Psychopharmacotherapy efficacy in patients with disorders of depressive spectrum depending on some peculiarities of prehospital period

Abstract

Most of patients with disorders of depressive spectrum are observed in primary care (PC) and take psychotropic medications that influence the course of depression. Patientns who took tranquilizers in PC demonstrated higher level of anxiety. Those who took antidepressants had more significant reduction of atypical depressive symptoms. Futher investigations are necessary.
