Значение исследования семейного анамнеза при антифосфолипидном синдроме

Аннотация
Проведено исследование 82 семей больных антифосфолипидным синдромом (АФС). АФС чаще диагностировался у родственников первой степени родства и у женщин. Малые проявления АФС обнаружены у половины родственников, волчаночный антикоагулянт (ВА) - у трети из них. При наличии АФС в семейном анамнезе, малых проявлений АФС и (или) ВА возможно выделение пре-АФС и проведение первичной профилактики тромбозов.
