Влияние лечения тяжелой хронической обструктивной болезни легких тиотропия бромидом на коморбидные соматогенные тревожно-депрессивные расстройства

Аннотация
С целью оценить динамику тревоги и депрессии у больных стабильной хронической обструктивной болезнью легких на фоне лечения тиотропия бромидом по опроснику HADS обследовано 30 больных, не получавших поддерживающей терапии, и 27 пациентов, применявших комбинацию флутиказона и сальметерола. Через 3 мес лечения тиотропия бромидом в обеих группах уровень тревоги и депрессии уменьшился.
