Prolegomena to the medical pathogenetics

Abstract
The lecture is addressed to clinicians who state for medical students the problems of genetic mechanisms of human diseases (medical pathogenetics). Epistemological and didactic aspects of interpretation of the «human genome» concept are considered, as well as Davidenkov—McKusick principles of clinical genetics, classification of hereditary human diseases, and problems of application of new genetic knowledge to medicine (translational medicine).
