Abstract

Ultrasound dopplerography can reveal minimal disfunctions of intrahepatic hemodynamics. Linear speed of hepatic artery and hepatic vein (peak S and D) rises in the presence of dynamic and to a greater extent organic (inflammatory) cholepathias. The increase of blood flow speed occurs when vessel radius expands. This phenomenon can be explained by dilation of intrahepatic vessels which is more defined when the matter concerns inflammatory cholepathias and less defined among dynamic ones. Indices of intrahepatic hemodynamics may serve as indirect signs of given diseases among children and may reveal pathology on the earliest stages of its development.

For finding-out of a role monomer and dimer srilbens in realization hepatoprotective properties of polyphenols maakia amurensis activity of polyphenolic complexes from wood (Maksar), an extract of cellular culture maakia amurensis, and also monomer and dimer srilbens, allocated of a substance Maksar was investigated.

Therapeutic efficiency of researched objects was estimated on their influence on survival rate of animals, morphological and biochemical parameters of a liver and wheys of blood of rats with an experimental СCl4-hepatites. It was established, that hepatoprotective influence of Maksar and an extract of cellular culture maakia amurensis is caused by presence of the sums isoflavonoids in their structure. Monomer and dimer srilbens do not show therapeutic activity at an experimental toxic hepatites.

Abstract

Respiratory distress syndrome of the newborn is a basic pathobiology immature infants and this grave condition of early neonatal period often is the cause of chronic lung disease — bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). BPD is marked by hyperreactivity of bronchi. The growth of this pathobiology in view of survival of immature infant is increasing in recent years. To measure functional status of respiratory tracts of infants with classical methods (spirography) is impossible. But there is a new method of diagnostics of broncho-obstructive syndrome, it is broncho-phonography. This method is noninvasive and can be used without active patient’s part in investigation. The examination results of immature infants with respiratory distress syndrome and with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) with the help of broncho-phonography method are described in the article.

The results of respiratory patterns of immature infants are normal in spite of their disease. That’s why we can speak about usage of broncho-phonography method in differential diagnostics of wheezing and restrictive dysplasia.

Abstract

The investigation of the state of health of Tomsk people subjected to the action of radiation during the liquidation of technogenic accidents and disasters has revealed the progressing worsening of the health. Some peculiarities of the morbidity, invalidization, and mortality have been noted. An important aspect of the health improvement is the development and realization of individual rehabilitation programs.

Abstract

Peculiarities in the structure of mortality of people living in the Tomsk Region have been revealed, and main ways to decrease the mortality have been determined. In 2002 the death rate in the Tomsk Region was 14.3 per 1000 people, which is lower than the average Russian death rate (16.3). The analysis of death causes has shown that the most frequent causes are diseases of the blood system, while the second and third places are occupied by the death from neoplasm, as well as from accidents, poisoning, and traumas.

The health factor should become of the high priority in all spheres of human activity. Any measure should favor the formation of the healthy life style and everybody’s personal responsibility for the health. It is worth developing the interbranch demographic concept of the Tomsk Region as an integral part of the concept of the enhancement of life quality for people living in the Tomsk Region.
