Abstract
In the present research the complex cytologic and biochemical estimation of a condition induced sputum at 19 patients with the heavy therapeutic-sensitive form of a bronchial asthma and 18 patients with chronic obstructive disease of lungs is lead. Dominating morphological and biochemical markers of an asthma became the raised number of macrophages, lymphocytes, and eosinophils at decrease in functional activity neutrophil elastase and increases activation properties. Progressing of destructive and fibrous processes at patients with heavy form chronic obstructive pulmonary disease occurs on a background active neutrophil and lymphocytes reactions in a mucous membrane of bronchial tubes that proves to be true high activity elastase and falling of functioning proteinase inhibitor.

Abstract
The influence of modulation of cytoskeleton by colchicine, nocodazole and cytochalasine D on contractile reactions of smooth muscle cells caused by depolarization, phenylephrine end sodium nitroprusside has been investigated by the mechanographical method. It was found that the reduction in smooth muscle cells of rat aorta caused by fenilefrin more sensitive to sodium nitroprusside than the reduction induced hyperpotassium solution. We show that microtubules involved in relaxation, indirect nitric oxide of smooth muscle in hyperpotassium solution, whereas the efficiency of relaxing influence of nitric oxide in rat aorta smooth muscle in the action depends on phenylephrine and microfilaments and microtubules.

Abstract

Biomechnic peculiarities of the technique of shots in football have been studied. With the aid of electromyography and stabilography, 45 men aged from 18 to 27 were examined. It has been shown that stabilographic and electromyographic characteristics of ball shooting can serve indicators of technical development of sportsmen. The technique of direct kick is formed at the stage of perfection of basic skills, while that of lateral kicks is formed at the stage of top sport mastering. In football players of high qualification, the role of the visual analyzer in equilibrium control is insignificant, while in low- and moderate-qualified players, the equilibrium function works worse without visual control.

Abstract

The analysis of gene polymorphism plays an important role in assessment of disposition to infectious diseases at the population and individual level. In this paper, the frequencies of allelic versions of apolipoprotein E and 2nd type superoxide dismutase genes and the corresponding genotypes were determined in healthy persons and chronic viral hepatitis type C patients of the Europeoid population of the Tomsk Region. For the analysis of polymorphism of these genes, we used modern genetic methods: polymerase chain reaction and polymorphism of lengths of restriction fragments. For the studied population, it was revealed that the polymorphism of apolipoprotein E and 2nd type superoxide dismutase genes correlates with the development of chronic viral hepatitis type C and with the fibrogenesis process.

Abstract
Peculiarities of extra-intraorgan innervation of uretral pacemaker zones (upper and lower urethral narrowings) were investigated. Anatomic-histological investigation results showed that upper (the I order pacemaker) and middle (the II order pacemaker) pacemaker zones of the ureter are innervated by single nerve stems from lower aortic-renal ganglion of plexus nervosus. Presence of microganglia in their intramuscular plexus nervosus is the peculiarity of intraorgan innervations of uretral pacemaker zones. The data obtained contribute to cystoid-peristaltic theory of uretral motility organization.

Abstract

We evaluated some biochemical and immune parameters, such as IgA, IgM, IgG, CIC, phagocytic index, T-lymphocytes, as well as avidity of antibodies in type 2 diabetic patients.

Avidity, high- and low-avid antibody ratio was determined by test-systems for express-diagnostics of clinical and preclinical forms of immunologic deficiency. All patients (n = 47), depending on the level of glycemia and disease duration were divided into 3 groups: in the stage of compensation, subcompensation and decompensation. Control group included 17 healthy subjects.

Value of high-avid antibodies in diabetes mellitus patients decreased in 75, 57 and 26% respectively, whereas in healthy subjects it is 89%. Conversely, increased amount of low-avid antibodies was observed, respectively 25, 43, and 74% (11% in control).

These parameters prove antibody-folding disorders in diabetes mellitus and show that, change of metabolic parameters affects antibody avidity: G class high-avid antibody level decreases and shows weak protective function. This indicates functional disorders in B-system immunity.

Abstract

A new method of treatment of endogenous uveitis have been developed. The method is based on the application of metabolic plasmapheresis with ozonization of cellular weight. Comparative analysis of the treatment results of three groups of 179 patients (209 eyes) has revealed significant superiority of original modification of plasmapheresis. The effect of the presented method of treatment, in authors’ opinion, is caused by immunomodulating effect of plasmapheresis and ozonotherapy, bactericidal and antiviral effects of ozonotherapy. The paper also presents some sanogenetic mechanisms of a new method of treatment – a liquidation of T-cellular immunodeficiency, a decrease of level of circulating immune complexes and some others.
