Abstract
Absorption function of small intestine concerning fats, proteins, carbohydrates in 68 patients having chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) was studied in comparison with trophologic insufficiency. Thirty five patients were controls. Absorption was studied based upon van de Kamer method, by radioisotope method and d-xylose test. Decreased absorption was revealed in patients with mean severe and severe COPD. Direct correlations were established between body mass deficiency in COPD patients and decreased absorption function of the small intestine as concerns proteins (r = 0,71), fats (r = 0,55) and carbohydrates (r = 0,48).

Abstract
The immunohistochemical study of skin was conducted to verify presence of p53, bcl-2 and bax apoptosis markers in epidermal keratinocytes of patients from two age groups: 16 to 44 years old and 45 to 64 years old. It was discovered that with chronological ageing of skin the expression levels of p53 and bax apoptosis markers are raised by epidermal cells in patients of elder age group. Obtained data testifies to cumulative damaging effect of a quantity of proapoptotic factors (oxidative stress, UV-waves, ionizing radiation, chemical reagents etc.) on epidermal cells with ageing.

Abstract
The method of electron microscopy and morphometry have been used to study peculiarities in formation of the structure of human embryo and fetus brain synapses at early stages (7 to 12 weeks) of development at mother alcoholization. Electron microscopy of material obtained from alcoholic women has shown slowing-down of formation of synaptic structure. Morphometry has revealed that under the influence of prenatal alco holization the formation of components of synaptic brain contacts slows down at 9—12 th weeks of development: the area of presynaptic terminals and their perimeter decreases, and the perimeter of postsynaptic densities decreases as well.

Abstract
The aim of this work was to study the roentgen-and-morphological dynamics of reparative regeneration for the experimental substantiation of treating a transverse (central) acetabular fracture with femoral head subluxation by the method of transosseous osteosynthesis. Experiments were performed using 11 mongrel dogs, both males and females. It has been established that after setting a femoral head into the acetabulum, precise reposition and fixation of its fragments the bone union in the fracture site is achieved within 35—65 days.

Abstract
A number of investigations revealed a problem of osteopenic syndrome in patients with multiple sclerosis but there is no common opinion concerning factors which lead to its development. We observed 65 patients with multiple sclerosis with various type of its course and disability status of several degree based upon EDSS scale. Ultrasound osteometry of the calcaneus, computer tomography of QCT of L1—L3 vertebras were performed, serum crosslaps, N-MID osteocalcin were used. Decreased bone density, injured bone microarchitectonics and suppression of bone formation and resorption, which were correlated EDSS were found. Correlations with other factors (growth, weight, gender, and number of steroid therapy sessions ) for these parameters was not revealed. This allowed to conclude that the main reason of decreased bone mass in patients with multiple sclerosis is the dramatic decrease in physical activity.

Abstract
Medical activity, which always includes the necessity to solve a system of logical, gnoseological, axiological, and praxiological problems as sociated with the process of diagnostics and treatment of a patient, can be successful only with high culture of a specialist. It is a moral obligation of a medical practician to become a man of culture. Based on a systematic approach, the paper presents medical culture as a specific subsystem of general culture, whose mastering starts in childhood, develops in university, and continues for the whole life, demanding colossal mental ener gies. Part 2 reveals the content of world outlook and philosophic-anthropological aspects of medical culture, grounds the necessity of the revise of the existing anthropological paradigm.

Abstract
A comparative analysis of the premenopause and postmenopause course was carried out in women with cerebral circulation ischemic disor ders (group I) and in women without the signs of the cerebral vascular impairment (group II). The study included the evaluation of the anamnesis, objective status, functional state of the vegetative nervous system, asthenia as well as laboratory and instrumental examination methods. The analysis of the obtained data showed that cerebral circulation ischemic disorders in women contribute to earlier manifestations of the climacteric syndrome with a marked clinical picture presented by neurovegetative, metabolicendocrine and psychoemotional disorders as well as high fre quency of asthenic disturbances of predominantly hypostenic type.

Abstract
Decreased amplitude and increased latency of visual and cognitive excited potentials were revealed in football-players in the stage of prima ry special sports training in the first year of their training process. In the second training year, this amplitude is increased and latency is decreased. Forming special physical preparing of the football-players in the stage of primary sports specialization is mutually correlated with functional changes in the central nervous system which manifested in decreased latent period and increased amplitude of excited potentials of the brain.
