Abstract

have examined 133 healthy donors, 41 syphilis patients with symptoms, and 45 patients with early latent syphilis. All the examined persons were grouped by class I HLA antigens using the standard microlymphocytotoxic test. In syphilis patients, as compared to healthy persons, the frequency of HLA antigens A3, B17, and B40 was increased, while the frequency of B5 was decreased. In syphilis patients with symptoms, HLA antigens A3, B7, B17, B40 and HLA haplotypes A3B17, A3B40, A9B7 were observed with increased frequency. At the same time, in patients with early latent syphilis, HLA antigens A1, Cw3, B8, B17 and HLA haplotypes AB17, A9B8 were observed with increased frequency, while HLA antigen B5 occurred with decreased frequency. The influence of HLA antigens on occurrence of different forms of syphilis is discussed.

Abstract

Annot For finding-out of a role of separate groups of polyphenols in realization hepatoprotective properties of maksar we investigate activity of polyphenolic complexes (PPC) from duramen and cellular culture of maakia amur. Experiments are carried out on 40 not purebred white rats with an experimental СCl4-hepatites. Therapeutic efficiency of researched objects estimated on their influence on survival rate of animals, morphological and biochemical parameters of a liver and wheys of blood. In rat's CCl4-hepatitis PPC from duramen and cellular culture of maakia amur reduce the acute toxity of tetrachloromethane, decrease the necrosis of hepatocytes and cellural infiltration of liver's parenchyma, prevent from development of fatty and protein dystrophy of a liver, normalize the activity of amino transferase, -glutamyltransferase in blood, the concentration of proteins and lipids, stimulate conjugation of bilirubin. The therapeutic effect of PPC of cellular culture is more evident. The hepatoprotective action is caused by a presence of isoflavonoids daidzein, retuzin, genistein, afromozin, formononetin, orobol, tektorigenin, maakiain and medicarpin. PPC from a culture of cells doesn't influence on a level of cholesterol in blood, that apparently is caused by an absence of mono- and dimeric stilbenes in its structure.

Abstract

Medical activity, which always includes the necessity to solve a system of logical, gnoseological, axiological, and praxiological problems associated with the process of diagnostics and treatment of a patient, can be successful only with high culture of a specialist. It is a moral obligation of a medical practician to become a man of culture. Based on a systematic approach, the paper presents medical culture as a specific subsystem of general culture, whose mastering starts in childhood, develops in university, and continues for the whole life, demanding colossal mental energies. In Part 1, the emphasis is at methodological culture of a doctor, and logics of description, definition, and explanation of a studied object or process is presented.

Abstract

With the aim of revealing clinical-and-morphological peculiarities of different forms of ovarian apoplexy, there has been an analysis carried out covering 303 case histories of the Gynaecology Department of the Regional Clinical Hospital, Tomsk for the period from 2000 to 2005. It has been established that the ovarian apoplexy is characteristic of young women having in past history a gynaecological pathology and an adhesive process in pelvis minor. The results of complex diagnostics with a subsequent morphological investigation reveal the fact that instead of ovarian apoplexy, it is more often a corpus luteum rupture and follicular cyst rupture that actually take place.

Abstract

The purpose of research was to compare cellular structure inflammatory in a gastric and a duodenal mucosa, its ratio with disregenerations at peptic ulcers of not complicated current and complicated with a bleeding, punching and its ratio with disregenerations at one peptic ulcers or plural peptic ulcers. At ulcer peptic complicated with a bleeding or punching observed more intensive character of an inflammation, a high level infiltration gastric mucosa and neutrophils, eosinophils. The density neutrophils and eosinophils infiltration correlated with disregenerations changes of gastric and a duodenal mucosa. The patients with 2 or more peptic ulcers have a high level infiltration gastric mucosa of neutrophils, plasmacytes and a high level infiltration duodenal mucosa of interepitelial neutrophils. The density neutrophils and interepitelial infiltration correlated with disregenerations changes of gastric and a duodenal mucosa.

Abstract

Under conditions of epidemic of pancreatic diabetes (PD), it is necessary to enhance the prehospital stage of diabetological care. Capabilities of hospital-substituting technologies are used insufficiently in endocrinology now. Organization of a day endocrinological hospital based on the Tomsk Municipal Hospital No. 3 was an attempt to apply hospital-substituting forms at the municipal level. In this day hospital, 260 patients with Type 1 and 2 pancreatic diabetes have been treated. The cost for treatment of one patient in the day hospital was 3.16 times lower than that in a twenty-four hour hospital. Patients of the day endocrinological hospital have achieved the target values of postprandial glycemia. With proper organization of the prehospital stage of diabetic care, it is possible to achieve medical targets of treatment of Type 1 and 2 PD.

Abstract

A reflection of natural population interactions between tick-borne encephalitis virus and a human being on condition of mutual adaptation appears to be a frequent persistence of an agent and a high human disease resistance. Mixed somatic pathology of degenerative nature, which was revealed in the study of the majority of patients with tick-borne encephalitis, more often including the initial central nervous system affliction under conditions of negative changes of organism reactivity, is regarded as one of the main reasons of infection conversion into disease. The virus becomes an aggression factor at such joint biological causes, changing endobiocenosis, which is of great importance for substantiation of curing therapy.
