EXPERIMENTAL AND CLINICAL INVESTIGATIONS
Methods of light, electronic microscopy and immunohystochemistry lead research of structural changes of a mucous membrane maxillary sinus at 43 patients with odontogenic perforative sinusitis. The material is broken into 4 groups depending on a limitation period of punching. Degenerate changes ciliated epithelial cells came to light already on early terms after perforations of sinusitis and were shown by reduction of specific volume of mitochondrias, the GER, increase NCR. In globlet exocrine cells reduction NCR is connected to infringement of evacuation of a secret. In terms more than 3 months occured metaplasia of epithelium in single-row cubic and multilayered flat with keratosis, increased cellular infiltration own plate of a mucous membrane maxillary sinus. The contents of CD4 + cells in a mucous membrane of sine gradually increased, and on late terms of occurrence of perforations decreased. The contents of CD8+ and СD20+ cells in a mucous membrane with perforations of sinusitis were raised.
An investigation has been performed as to the effect of a long-term parenteral introduction of the sum of water-soluble polysaccharides (WSPS) calamus root (Acorus calamus L.) extracted by means of the in-house technology on the functions of experimental animals. As it follows from the results of the experiments, the intragastric introduction of the WSPS to rats in the doses of 20, 100, and 200 mg/kg during a three-month term and the intravenous introduction to rabbits in the doses of 25 and 50 mg/kg during a one-month term do not lead to the death of the animals or to any pathological changes in their general condition, the dynamics of the general weight, or the functional activity of the investigated internal organs and systems.
The original technique of distal resection of a stomach with formation of a muscular cuff and the hanging down valve from own tissues of a stomach in area of gastroduodenal anasthomosis is offered in article. This allows to avoid development of postgastroresectional complications. Materials of investigations out on 26 experimental mongrel dogs. The results of dynamic observation and instrumental methods of the studies have shown functional full value of the formed anastomosis.
To study CD1a+ Langerhans cells and their extensions in epidermis and values of IL-4, IL-10, IL-17 and IFN-g in cell-free skin exudate there have been examined 40 patients of atopic dermatitis depending on phase pathological process. There have been found an increase in both CD1a+ dendritic extensions in medium layer of the epidermis and IL-4 and IL-10 in skin exudates. IFN-g exudate’s value has been decreased.
To study pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of spinal deformity in neurofibromatosis.
Structural components of the spine were presented as specimens obtained after surgical correction of spinal deformity performed in 10 children with III—IV grade scoliosis associated with neurofibromatosis.
Etiologic factor of the development of spinal deformity in neurofibromatosis is a mutation of the NF-1 gene in cells of ganglious lamella. Migration of cells carrying mutant gene into one of the sclerotome zones results in oncogene activation and intensive proliferation of chondro-, osteo-, and fibroblasts in the growth plate, intervertebral disc, and vertebral body.
Progressive development of the spinal deformity after surgical intervention is accounted both for proliferation of chondro- and fibroblasts in the vertebral body and intervertebral disc and for disturbance of the NF-1 and lumican genes expression.
The mechanographic method was used to study the influence of iron oxide nano-powder on airway muscle activity in guinea pigs. Under the action of nanomaterial on isolated segments, amplitudes of cholinergic and histaminergic contractile reactions increased. The pre-processing of cytoskeleton by colchicines and nocodazole disintegrators led to an increase in the mechanical stress of segments under the action of carbacholine and histamine.
The aim of the study was to estimate the dynamics of respiratory system clinicofunctional scores among patients with COPD at the health resort Belokhuriha. There were examined 188 cases of mild and middle-severe COPD. All the patients received different rehabilitation complexes in the conditions of health resort Belokuriha’s climate-recreational zone against the background of which there was conducted an estimation of the respiratory system clinicofunctional scores and depending on the applied methods there was evaluated its efficiency. In the process of the group rehabilitation where physical exercises were included there was recorded the dynamics of the main symptoms — decrease of the manifestation degree of dyspnea, cough, sputum discharge and scores of the respiratory system functional tests. OFV1 has reliably increased only in the group where clipping massage, exercises in the counter-resistance mode for the respiratory muscles and the terrainkur were used. The use of physical exercises in the rehabilitation of patients with COPD improves clinicofunctional scores of the respiratory system and its efficiency.
The retrospective analysis prenatal magnetic-resonance investigation with cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biometry in control group and in cases of different fetal brain pathology have been done. Ventriculomegaly prevalence, grade and asymmetry were established. Depicted peculiarities of CSF spaces relations showed to be distinctive for different groups of brain pathology.
Because of the shortcomings of existing methods of assessment of asthma severity, the method of laser opto-acoustic spectroscopy was considered using for this purpose. Findings results show the availability of this method for diagnostics of clinical course severe asthma.
Analysis of clinical-anamnestic and morphological features of a cellular and simple leiomyoma of a uterus is leading. Features of a leiomyoma of a uterus with cellular texture of the site are determined: young age, monthly since 15 years ((20,0 ± 4,6)%), often use ВМК ((38,7 ± 5,6)%), an infrequent combination to infringement of genesial function. Analysis of СD31, Ki-67, and Ag-NORproteins expression in the greater and smaller tumour which have been taken away from one macropreparation was carried out.
The subjects of the electronic microscopy exploration are hepatogenic features of human embryos and fetuses after exposing pregnant women to harmful substances of chemical industry. Malformation of liver blood capillaries and alteration of structural organization of hepatocytes are identified. Tire manufacturing anthropogenic factors are the reasons of organelle membranes alteration. They affect nuclei of hepatocytes, influence the nuclear chromatin, and decrease cell mitotic activity.
The use of intramedullary bioactive osteosynthesis combined with Ilizarov’s apparatus is promoting to correction of skeletal deformations and is allowing putting patients with osteogenesis imperfecta on their legs. Morphofunctional parameters of blood mononuclear cells can be considered as probable markers and predictors of osteogenesis imperfecta course and duration of patients rehabilitation.

THE RESULTS OF YOUNG SCIENTISTS’ AND STUDENTS’ INVESTIGATIONS
The neural-island flap is based only on a nerve and survives by intra-and extraneural vessels. Effect of a 2% solution of a papaverine on survival rate of neural-island flap was studied in research. The predominating role of a nerve in survival rate of a flap has been proved. Application by a papaverine doesn't render authentic influence on flap survival.
Influence of water and water-ethanol extracts of meadowsweet ordinary on behavior of albino mice in anxiety models is studied. Anxiolytic action of extracts estimated on animals behavior in an elevated plus-maze, an «open field» and in the test of emotional reaction. It was defined that water and 95% water-ethanol extracts of meadowsweet ordinary render the most expressed anxiolytic action and surpass in activity an valerian extract.
Results of application of a technique identification of ischemic damages of muscles are described, confirming its reliability for a choice of level of amputation concerning a chronic critical ischemia.

In the review questions of pathogenesis of acute upper urinary tract`s obstruction are considered. The critical analysis of existing theories of upper urinary tract`s motor activity carried out. The basis mechanisms of pathogenesis — disturbs of urodynamic and pathological renovascular changes are described.
FROM SCIENCE TO PRACTICE
Are carried out researches on creation of a standard reagent for reception marked by 99mТс Norfloxacine hydrochloride. An estimation of influence of components of a reactionary mix on radiochemical cleanliness of a received preparation spent a method for thin-layer chromatographies. On experimental animal (rabbits) with model of an inflammation of various localization functional suitability marked by an antibiotic for diagnostics of inflammatory processes is shown.
The analysis of experimental studying of new ways of diaphragm extensive defects substitution using fabric on the basis of material made of titanium nickelid alloy has been performed. Carried out beam monitoring and studied histologic preparations. Results have shown that implanted into the organism devices of titanium nickelid are deformed in accordance with regularity of organism tissue elastic behavior thus providing with harmonious functioning of the whole system «implanted tissue — organism».
We report a developed treatment technique with the use of physical factors for treatment of bronchial asthma patients with accompanying gastrointestinal pathology. A total of 129 patients were divided into three groups by the method of treatment: 1st (main) group (53 patients) received peaty mud applications and traveling magnetic field (TMF), 2nd group (45 patients) received TMF, and 3rd group (31 patients) received peaty mud applications. The study of the dynamics of clinical pattern, biochemical, immunological, functional, and endoscopic data has shown the efficiency of the combined application of pelotherapy and TMF, which exert the positive effect on the main and accompanying diseases and provide high immediate and long-term results of treatment.
The obstructive of paper was to study and match clinical symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, laboratory and instrumental analyses data, and data obtained from myocardial Tissue Doppler Imaging. Sixty four patients four patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were examined. It was discovered that information obtained through myocardial Tissue Doppler Imaging is in fact early evidence of pulmonary heart disease available at the pre-clinical stage (functional changes are observed before clinical symptoms).
The basic pathogenic mechanisms of ulcer formation in critically ill condition patients and in postoperative period patients are studied in the article. The role of central nervous system, humoral effects, drug aggression, system inflammatory response and also acid peptic factor as a key mechanism of damage is introduced. The basic reasons for preventive maintenance of the gastroduodenal bleedings is represented considering the character and degree of disease, time of hardwired vital functions replacement, presence of further diseases. The conception is developed, which assuming the proton pump inhibitors application for a long time (till one month) in two phases (intravenous and peroral) for prevention of stress relative gastroduodenal mucosal damage and its consequences.

Overall and treated 27 patients aged 41 to 66 with burn scarring strictures of the esophagus. All the patients were divided into 2 groups: 1-st group consisted of 17 patients, who in perioperative period recieved enteral feeding by the jejunostomy in clinic modification; 2-nd group (n=10) had total parenteral nutrition. The resalts of investigation indicated that enteral feeding by the areflux jejunostomy possesses all advantages of parenteral nutrition, reduces number of complications, cuts the time of hospital stay.
The diabetes mellitus of 1 type (DM1) represents a huge problem all over the world. In spite of the fact that there is a plenty of the saved up knowledge on эпидемиологии and management of the given disease in the developed countries, there is a number of mistakes and the discrepancies supposed at creation of the Federal register of a diabetes that is connected with absence of completeness of scope of all regions. With the purpose of reception of the full information on prevalence and desease DM1 among children and teenagers, for duly maintenance sick DM1 necessary quantity of insulin and means of self-checking and as with the purpose of updating of data of the Federal register there was a necessity to estimate an epidemiological situation on DM1 among children and teenagers of Tomsk Region. The lead analysis has shown, that growth DM1 in all age groups and especially among children of younger age is marked.

The article contains the current understanding of gas communication in smooth muscle cells, the basic mechanisms of action of gaseous transmitters, analyzes the different views on the nature of the endothelial relaxing and endothelial hyperpolarizing factors. We discuss the controversial issues of the mechanisms of endothelium-dependent relaxation of vascular smooth muscle.
