Abstract
The author demonstrates that a new collective consciousness is being formed (contrary to the «axis time» transition from col- lective consciousness to individual consciousness), and in this situation ethical relationships are being transformed into juridical re- lationships. In parallel to this process, the ethics of duty with its address to clan consciousness is being pushed out by utilitarian eth- ics. Meanwhile the secularization of reality is being realized. In these conditions bioethics play a major part in the process of avoid- ing ethical responsibility.

Abstract
As we debate the nature and extent of patient responsibility it is important to keep in mind the reasons for giving a relatively minimal role to patient responsibility in medical ethics. It is argued that the medical profession ought to be characterized by two moral asymmetries: even if some degree of responsible behavior from patients is called for, placing the dominant emphasis on pro- fessional responsibility over patient responsibility is largely correct; insofar as we do want to encourage an increase in patient re- sponsibility, we have good reasons to emphasize prospective rather than retrospective notions of responsibility in clinical practice. Concerns about patient vulnerability along with the determined factors in disease leave little room for blame at the bedside. These two asymmetries generate normative limits on any positive account of patient responsibility.

Abstract
There are three essential freedom interpretations. They are represented as complementary levels of integral freedom compre- hension. The first level is represented with the outer trends of existence and civil responsibility perception. This level objectifies the art implementation of the free choice. Human freedom as the choice and responsibility for it is carried out at the second backbone level — the level of freedom and responsibility as an entire phenomenon. The third top level is forming with a presence of the Spirit in human choice tendency and creativity, who accepts the responsibility before the entity spiritual reasons. Human soul mission, sacring by the Spirit presence, is free and liable the man, the word, the objective and subjective actuality advancing. Though this fundamental choice between Good and evil only by man himself could be made.

INFORMATION-SYNERGETIC APPROACH TO UNDERSTANDING OF PROBLEMS OF HUMAN ADAPTATION IN HI-TECH EPOCH

82-87 351
Abstract
This article represents the results of the research granted by RFFS № 04-06-80192. The high technologies foundation is based on fundamental research. Inclusion of bioethical and environmental problems in a context of scientific activity becomes the specifics of a modern science. Nanotechnology fundamental researches lead to a change of the world picture, which bases now on the laws of quantum mechanics. Creating nanotechnology, a person enters competition with the nature as aspires to receive the control over mi- croscopic processes and structures, although himself can become a slave of nanotechnology.

Abstract
The communication space as self-organization semiotic system was studied. This study was based on the information- synergetic approach model (I.V. Melik-Haikazjan). The limits of different communication models ordering were revealed, what al- lowed defining the structure of the communication space and the methods of its management.

Abstract
Considering the postneclassic methodology concepts (V.S. Stepin) the information-synergetic approach (I.V. Melik-Haikazjan) was worked out. The main point of the approach can be seen in the following statements: information is the inconvertible multi- phase process; information processes are the mechanism of complex systems self-organization. Within the frames of the approach there is a capability to construct models relevant to dynamics of complex systems, including socio-cultural systems. The mechanism of complex systems self-organization revealing clarifies the correlation of the system functions and cultural configurations. Thus the permissible limits of axiological and ethical transformations can be defined, when innovations do not bring inconvertible damage to human universe.

Abstract
Determination of responsibly professional position of modern medicine supposes investigation of the medicine activity basis and is connected with such domain reflections which appeal for the new ethical reference points of practical and theoretical medi- cine. At present modern medicine progress and the newly practice of professional medical care is at variance with settled moral principles and values and raises medical and philosophical problems which could not been considered objectively in Hippocrat's eth- ics or in the traditional medical norms of ethics and deontology. Necessity in the elaboration of bioethical imperative of responsibil- ity is keenly revealed in consiquense of the emerged breach between the level of biomedical theory and practice development on the one hand and the lag of medicine moral components of theoretical and practical medicine care on the other. In the article under consideration the condition of bioethical responsibility problem is analyzed in the professional legitimaton of medicine activity aspect. It also deals with formation conditions of bioethically responsible students in medical professional schools.
