Abstract

Experiments with 60 male and female mice of Balb/c line with mass of 18—21 g have been carried out. All manipulations, including ether euthanasia, were performed within the framework of approved rules for experiments with experimental animals. The mice were divided into four groups each of 15 animals. The groups were injected with physiological salt solution (first group), cycliphosphan (second group), Granotsit preparation (recombinant granulocytic colony-stimulating factor) (third group), and cycliphosphan in Granotsit preparation (fourth group). We have studied the total number of leucocytes in blood, bone marrow cellularity, content of granulocytic- macrophage colony-forming cells and mesenchyma l precursors with the aid of tissue culture in vitro. It has been found that the Granotsit preparation can stimulate myelopoiesis (direct specific action) and mesenchymopo iesis (indirect action) in norm. When a cytostatic agent, the studied cytokine has a protective action on both myeloid and mesenchyma l precursors of bone marrow.

Abstract

The intake of Simvastatin in a dosage of 40 mg daily within two months in patients with ischemia heart disease has caused increase in the general percentage of ω6 fat acids (FA) at a constant level of ω3 FA, that was not accompanied by change of a ratio ω3/ω6 FA. Despite of progressing increase in total concentration of ω7 FA (at women) and increase of a level ω9 FA (at men) during simvastatin treatment at women and at men led to decrease in the total percentage of nonsaturated fat acids concerning corresponding parameters at healthy donors. The Simvastatin treatment was accompanied by increase in blood plasma in patients with ischemia heart disease (and first of all at women) percentage of the separate saturated fat acids, and also their total level. The index of nonsaturation of fat acids of blood plasma is decreased.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to estimate the efficiency of preventive maintenance of postabortive complications by infusion of autogenic cefamizine-loaded blood cells and use of oral contraceptives and Polyoxidonium» Clinical estimation, ultrasonography, biopsy and immune coloring with progesterone and оestradiolum receptors in 35 women with the proposed method and 35 women with the standard method was used. It was revealed that application of the proposed method favored restoration of endometrium steroid receptors. As a result, the proposed method favors preservation of the reproductive function in women to a greater degree than the traditional method does.

Abstract

Here the role of cardiomyocyte apoptosis in mechanisms of ischemic myocardial remodeling was investigated. The samples of left ventricle were obtained on 50 patients with the diagnosed atherosclerotic disease of coronary arteries and heart failure. Obtained data allow to approve about the maximal importance of cardiomyocyte apoptosis at an early stages of ischemic myocardial remodeling. The role of cardiomyocyte apoptosis was decreased at a high volume of left ventricle. The received results suggest about an importance of cardiomyocyte apoptosis as an marker of ischemic myocardial remodeling and heart failure.

Abstract

Programmed cell death of peripheral blood mononuclear leucocytes taken from healthy donors and cultivated with various concentration of Н2О2, selective inhibitors of JNK (SP600125), 38 (ML3403) and in case of pneumonia was investigated. Intensification of intracellular production of reactive oxy р МАРК - gen species was accompanied by the increase in number of apoptotic and TNFR1-presented cells and mononuclears with reduced value of mitochondrial transmembrane potential in a case of oxidative stress induction with 1 mM hydrogen peroxide and in blood taken from patients with pneumonia. Action of inhibitors SP600125 and ML3403 in vitro in oxidative stress conditions prevents the increase in number of annexin- positive mononuclear cells, that confirms the participation of JNK and 38 -kinases in mechanisms of oxidative stress-mediated apoptosis dysregulation.

Abstract

We have studied peculiarities of psychosomatic relations in 140 duodenal ulcer (DU) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) patients having neurotic and psychic disorders. Analysis of results of clinical-endoscopic, clinical- psychopathological, and psychological methods has revealed polymorphism of psychopathological disorders hampering differential diagnostics and treatment of DU and IBS. This requires a combined approach to therapy of comorbid gastro-intestinal and borderline mental pathologies with both somatotrophic and psychotropic agents.

Abstract

Medical activity, which always includes the necessity to solve a system of logical, gnoseological, axiological, and praxiological problems associated with the process of diagnostics and treatment of a patient, can be successful only with high culture of a specialist. It is a moral obligation of a medical practician to become a man of culture. Based on a systematic approach, the paper presents medical culture as a specific subsystem of general culture, whose mastering starts in childhood, develops in university, and continues for the whole life, demanding colossal mental energies.
Part 3 Part 3 is devoted to analysis of the praxiological aspect of medical culture, namely, culture of medical activity and communication, in particular, between doctor and patient, legal aspects of their interaction, and wider understanding of culture as a measure, to which anybody masters his or her health potential and is responsible for it.

Abstract

At chronic opisthorchosis, disorders of venous blood flow in liver are observed in color Doppler liver mapping. To improve venous blood flow indices and the functional state of the hepatobiliary system as a whole, combined treatment should include factors not only ensuring the antiparasitic, antiphlogistic, and cholagogic effect, but also improving liver hemodynamics. This problem can be solved by combination of measures including morning exercises, pine baths, intake of cholagogic herbs with the following transversal galvanization in the epigastric region, and background x-ray radiation.

Abstract

Statistically confident (р < 0,05) change of blood flow parameters in segmentary and parenchymal arteries in the form of increase of resistance and pulsativity indices has been found that in patients with high-activity chronic hepatite with hyperbilirubinemia. The highest increase of the resistance and pulsativity indices of 0,88 ± 0,05 and 1,24 ± 0,07, respectively, was observed only in segmentary arteries. No statistically confident (р > 0,05) changes were found in maximal and minimal linear parameters of blood flow in these arteries.

Abstract

The indigenous population of Mountainous Altai and the slavic population of Kuzbas Region with a thyroid gland pathology is surveyed. Prognostic algorithms of an estimation of peripheric action of hormones of a thyroid gland are made. Algorithms of inspection of patients with a diffusive struma can be recommended for practical use. For monitoring of an autoimmune pathology of a thyroid gland the estimation of a quantitative parity of a thyritropic hormone, an α2-macroglobulins and IL-6 in blood serum has prognostic value.

Abstract

A maxillofacial trauma is one of the most frequent traumas with the permanent tendency to growth. Such victims usually fall in the category of serious patients, since traumas of facial bones are often accompanied by injuries of organs of vision, brain, and accessory sinuses. Physical examination usually fails to provide complete information on the character and extent of facial injuries. X-ray diagnostics should solve several problems: refinement or verification of clinical diagnosis, determination of medical prognosis, help in development of optimal treatment tactics, and others.

Abstract

Seventy six patients with infantile cerebral paralysis in the form of spastic diplegia were studied in dynamics. The patients were divided into groups according to their age (3–6; 7–14; and 15–18 years) and severity of motor disorders. It has been shown that combined rehabilitation (massage, physiotherapy, remedial gymnastics, Gravistat or Adel medical suits, acupuncture or laser acupuncture) along with use of BTA preparations improves physical and motor development of patients due to muscle tone reduction, increase of motions in joints, and improvement of motor skills, especially, if treatment is started in early ages (before 6 years) at moderate severity of the disease and additional use of BTA in m. pectoralis major.

Abstract

Mid-annual indicators of the general death rate during the period with 1996 on 2000 of on Tomsk Region, as well as on to the Siberian Federal district, and as a whole across the Russian Federation practically did not differ from similar indicators during the period with 1992 on 1996 of (their distinctions are doubtful — p > 0,05). Despite some decrease in rates of growth of death rate in 2001—2005 of, its level remains high — in 2001 it was 13,3, and in 2005 — 14,5 on 1000 population. The greatest number of people dies of illnesses of system of blood circulation, accidents, poisonings and traumas, new growths. Relative density died of the specified reasons from number of all died made in 2005 according to — 46,3%, 15,7% and 14,0%. Especially attracts attention growth of death rate of the population of area in 2,6 times in 2005 in comparison with 2001 from the reasons connected with the use of alcohol growth of death rate from the given reasons at persons of able-bodied age is More expressed. Mid-annual level of parent death rate in 2001—2005 of has decreased in comparison with 1996—2000 of on 29,2%.
Strengthening of health is spent to areas not only women and children, but also all population the big complex of the actions directed on decrease of parent and infantile death rate, preventive maintenance of illnesses of system of blood circulation, etc.
