Abstract

The aim of investigation is revelation of regularities of post-resuscitation parietal digestion disturbances based on the study of small intestine mucous tunic. 5-minute apparent death by sharp bloodletting has been simulated at 40 rats. They have been used in 30 and 90 minutes; 3 and 6 hours after resuscitation for the study of small intestine mucous tunic with the methods of: 1) enzyme step-desorption; 2) perfusion in vivo; 3) section coloration by hematoxylin-eosin. In 30 minutes after the resuscitation the activity of all amylase fractions has risen sharply: activity of abdominal fraction — by 52%, of desorbed fractions — by 67% and of intracellular fraction — by 26% regarding to the control level (p < 0,001). In 3 hours the activity of amylase abdominal fraction has increased by 79% and activity of intracellular fraction has, on the contrary, decreased by 23% up to the control level (p < 0,001). These changes have prevailed in proximal part of small intestine that was connected with the peculiarities of its blood supply and innervation. In the early post-resuscitation period two picks of amylolytic enzyme activity have been observed. They are connected with the processes of ischemia-reperfusion in pancreaticoduodenal area and the morphological changes of mucous tunic confirm visually the increase of permeability in proximal parts of small intestine.

Abstract

For the study of hormonic-immunologic correlation a clinical model has been chosen that included two variants (somatotrophic deficiency and constitutional growth and pubertate inhibition) of physical growth and development retardation at children and teenagers. It has been revealed that immunologic changes under these dwarfism variants were of different character that reflected the hormonic effects on immunity parameters.

Abstract

Investigations of electrical and contractile activities of lower esophageal sphincter unstriped muscles under sodium nitroprusside impact have been fulfilled by the method of double sucrose gap. Effect of nitric oxide donor on potassium and calcium membrane conductance has been evaluated, as well as the role of intracellular NO-synthase. Membrane hyperpolarization and contractile activity decrease during the use of sodium nitroprusside and L-NAME have been observed. Conclusion has been drawn of NO effect on potassium membrane conductance as well as of the possible effect on contractile proteins and activation of cAMP-dependent regulation of LES UM physiological functions.

Abstract

Cytokine production by cell-effectors of natural cytotoxicity system under Lewis lung carcinoma development in F1(CBAxC57B1/6) line mice has been studied. It has been revealed the increase of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) production and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) by peritoneal macrophages. At this the balance of cytokines produced by T-helpers (Th)  has  been displaced to Th2 side, IL-4 production has increased and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and IL-2 production has decreased. The rise of IL-10 production by lymphocytes has been observed in the later terms of tumor development.

Abstract

Association of –308G/A-polymorphism of α-tumor necrosis factor (TNF) gene with the development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has been investigated in two populations of Tomsk city (Siberian Tatars and Russians). As a result, it has not been marked any genotype distribution deviation of expected in patient groups as well as in control groups at Hardy-Vainberg equilibrium. Statistically significant difference in allele distribution rate at patients with COPD and in control groups has not been found (p > 0,5) including ethnic groups (Russians and Tatars). Differences in genotype distribution at patients and control group have been found for Tatars due to heterosive carrier (AG) prevalence at patients (p < 0,05). The obtained data allow to conclude the presence of association of –308G/A-polymorphism of TNF gene with the COPD development at Siberian Tatars.

Abstract

Results of research of 83 patients with schizophrenia and affective disorders show, that some components of the functional diagnosis can serve as predictors to stability of remissions. Social characteristics — family and concerning to the nearest environment outside of family are most significant in this respect.

Abstract

The aim of investigation is to study the state of kallikrein-kinin system (KKS) and proteinase inhibitors at patients with asiderotic anemia prior to and after the treatment. 58 patients with asiderotic anemia prior to the treatment and in dynamics after 3 weeks have been examined. KKS state has been estimated by kallikrein, prekallikrein, proteinase α1-inhibitor (Pα1I) and α2-macroglobulin (α2-MG) levels in blood plasma having been investigated by Paskhina’s et al.chromatographic method and by Nartikova’s and Paskhina’s unified enzymatic method.

Patients with asiderotic anemia had the rise of KKS activity. Its change differences depending on the disease duration have been revealed. At short disease duration a regulated KKS activation and its stable state have been marked. After the treatment at patients with medium severity degree it happens a normalization of all KKS parameters, at patients with serious anemia the high activity of Pα1I persists. The continuous treatment of anemia has led to the development of pathological type activation that had persisted at patients after the treatment.

It has been revealed that the degree of KKS activation intensity and its renewal after the implemented treatment depended on the duration and severity of the disease.

Abstract

The aim of investigation has been a specification of affective disturbances at patients in acute stroke period depending on the lesion focus. Affective disturbances have been revealed by imaging methods — computed and magnetic resonance tomography (CT or MRT). 72 patients with strokes have been examined (41 women and 31 men). Affective disturbances have been evaluated according to criterions and have been specified with depression self-concept scale of Beck. During the investigation the following conclusions have been made: 1) depressive disturbances of all the patients have had the character of light depressive episode (average mark by Beck scale — 22,14 ± 1,59); 2) depressive disturbance frequency have been significantly greater at stem structure damage than of the right (p < 0,001) and left (p < 0,05) hemispheres; 3) depressive disturbances have been revealed more frequently at single persons (p < 0,05).

Abstract

In the article 206 treatment results of generalized and disseminated renal cell carcinoma are presented. It has been found that disseminated forms of hypernephroma required a combined surgical treatment without fail; nephrectomy added by adrenalectomy is recommended insuperpolar tumour localization. Combined surgery with resection or ablation of the affected organ seems to be advisable in disseminated renal cell carcinoma. Such an active surgical approach improves the prognosis. Medicamental antineoplastic therapy including immunotherapy in postoperative period can raise patients survivability and quality of life.

Abstract

In Tomsk zonal hepatologic center 358 patients with obstructive parasitogenic jaundice have been operated (alveococcosis-based — 43, echinococcosis-based — 17, opisthorchosis-based — 298). Clinical presentations of hepatic failure before the surgery have been observed at 30,7% of patients, more often — under long and intensive cholestasis. Postsurgical hepatic failure has developed at 23,1%. Intraportal medicine infusions play an important role in prophylaxis and treatment of hepatic failure along with timely and optimal surgery. Infusions permit to decrease the hepatic failure progress probability from 60,6 to 30,5%, probability of suppurative complications from 10,3 to 3,1% and postsurgical lethality from 38,2 to 9,5%.

Abstract

The aim of investigation was to evaluate the liver cryodestruction effect on the course of chronic hepatitis and hepatocirrhosis. Experimental part of the investigation has been fulfilled on 220 white mongrel rats with toxic hepatocirrhosis caused by carbon tetrachloride. Evaluation of hepatic parenchyma state has been done by the following criteria: factor of parenchyma normalization and factor of sclerotization. The comparison of these factors in the basic and control groups has revealed an evident positive dynamics in normalization of histological hepatic structure.

Abstract

Peculiarities of internal thoracic and radial artery morphology (ITA and RA) have been investigated by light microscopy in continuous sampling of 10 patients subjected to coronary artery bypass grafting. The object of investigation has been ITA and RA segments marked out during the surgery, fixed in formalin and colored by hematoxylin and eosin. As a result it has been found that the frequency of ITA and RA intima thickening was 28,1 and 20% of cases respectively in CABG candidates. The ratio of intima-media thickness in RA was 2,5 times higher than in ITA. This ratio in distal parts of ITA was 2,3 times higher than in proximal ones and 1,7 times higher than in middle ones. This fact is evidence of the need to decline the use of ITA distal segment in case of enough ITA length.

Abstract

Peculiarities of vegetovascular malfunction at functional dysmenorrhea has been investigated. 107 women with dysmenorrhea and 10 healthy women have been examined. Methods of pelvis minor organ rheography, rheoencephalography and cardiointervalography have been used. It has been revealed that at women with dysmenohhrea a disorganization  of  pelvis  minor  regional circulation developed during the first phase of menstrual cycle. It was evident in simultaneous decrease of cerebral vessel blood filling and increase of venous drainage, development of microcirculation disturbances. Simultaneously the enhancement  of  sympathetic effect and decrease of the effect degree of parasympathetic nervous system have been observed. On the contrary, at healthy women it is observed the enhancement of parasympathetic effect and the hemodynamic factors remain fixed.

The obtained results are evidence that at women with dysmenorrhea the marked vegetovascular disturbances connected with sympathetic tone prevalence and being evident mainly at cerebral hemodymanics level take place in the first  days  of  menstrual cycle. The nature of revealed disturbances is connected with the peculiarities of disease clinics.
