EXPERIMENTAL AND CLINICAL INVESTIGATIONS
An investigation of in vitro and in vivo reaction of adenocarcinoma cells in conditions of direct contact with composites designed in a base of phospholipid concentrate, cisplatin and nanoparticles (diameter less than 10 nm) of iron capsulated by carbonic coating was the aim of paper. Their antitumor effect has been established to be conditioned by direct cytotoxic relatively elective action on malignant cell and, on the other hand, by stimulation of tumor node fibrosis. Proposed biotechnological approach that used low doses of cytostatic drug (1/10 LD50) and nanoferromagnetic particles (2 mg/kg) may be useful to design magnetocontrollable regimes for regional immuno(bio)therapy of cancer and its metastases.
On long-term introduction to rats in dosage 100 mg/kg polyphenol complexes from heartwood and callus culture of Maackia amurensis Rupr. et Maxim. had a marked influence on the activity of free radical oxidation. Under conditions of induced oxidant stress both polyphenol complexes inhibited prooxidant activity directly affecting the products of free radical oxidation. Inhibiting influence on the production of oxygen active forms that is characteristic for both phytocomplexes is determined by inhibition of mechanisms both enzymatic and non-enzymatic defense.
For detection of cytokine production features in patients with development of chronic tick-borne borreliosis the evaluation of spontaneous, fitohaemagglutinin-stimulated and stimulated with antigen of borrelia cytokine production was conducted in supernatants of three-day blood cells cultures. High risk of development of chronic tick-borne borreliosis associated with intensive spontaneous and antigen-stimulated production of interferon-g and transforming growing factor-β1 in acute disease.

Night lighting and microwave exposure have been influence on structures of stress realization. The endocrine, fotoperiodical and adaptive functions of rodent submandibular salivary glands belonging to hormone produced duct cells. To evaluate their morphofunctional state at guinea-pigs and rats using the methods of light and electron microscopy there have been analyzed striated and granular ducts. It has been revealed that instant and twenty-four-hour strengthening of duct cell stress induced secretory activity was similar. It is concluded that salivary glands take part in circadian expectations to stress.
An investigation for a possible acute toxicity of the complex of water-soluble polysaccharides (WSPS) extracted from calamus root (Acorus calamus L.) has been performed. No toxic effect has been observed on the organisms of experimental animals after a twofold intragastric, subcutaneous, and intravenous introduction of the highest maximum dose of the WSPS being investigated. The results of the experiments did not allow detecting the average fatal dose (LD50) of the WSPS being investigated as no deaths among the experimental animals had been observed. The obtained data lead to the conclusion that the WSPS of calamus root are to be added to Substance Hazard Class IV (low hazard substances) in compliance with State Standard GOST 12.1.007-76.
The aim of this work was to assess the lymphocyte transformating responses to stimulation with antigens or mitogens in chronic opisthorchiasis patients with low and high degrees of infection intensity. The heavily infected patients demonstrated the lowest levels of stimulated lymphocyte transformating response in vitro, and CD8+ or CD16+ counts in peripheral blood.

Tissues of apical granulomas at the exacerbation and remission stages before and after the treatment with the use of transcanal electrogranulotomy (TCEGT) have been studied by the methods of histological and clinical X-ray investigations and nonparametric statistics. The content of polymorphonuclear leukocytes at the exacerbation doubled compared to the remission (p < 0,05). After the treatment at the exacerbation stage (87 teeth) and beyond it (116 teeth), the activation of macrophages and fibroblasts was observed, as well as the appearance of Malassez's epithelial rests. The reconstruction of the bone structure has been found by the X-ray investigation in 97,6% of patients in the period up to 5 years. The treatment of granulomatous periodontitis with TCEGT is possible at any stage.
Physical pretraining of 102 Wistar rats during 30 days altered the reactions of haemostasis system to one-day hypobaric hypoxia. Decreased level of thrombinemia, ameliorated platelete, and plasma hаemostasis, increased anticoagulation, and fibrinolytic activity were observed. These changes were more pronounced in the experimental group of animals having experienced intensive physical training.
Daily monitoring arterial pressure (DMAP) and definition endotehelin 1-21 immunofermentat a method was perfermed in 79 children and teenagers with type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM1) in the age 10—18 years, with duration of disease 2—16 years auskultative a method on the apparate “Shiller BR-102 plus” (Switzerland). Depending on a degree of expressiveness diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients have been distributed on three groups: 1st — normalalbuminuria (n = 31), 2nd — microalbumiuria (n = 32), 3rd — proteinuria (n = 16) and 16 person the control group comparable on a floor and age. At children and teenagers with DM1 according to DMAP, attributes of a labile arterial hypertension (AH), met at 34,1%, stable at 25,5%. Frequency of revealing of stable forms АГ depend on expressiveness DN. The daily rhythm the AP at patients DM1 was characterized by a low degree of night decrease the AP. 47,1% patients 1st groups, 72,7% patients 2nd and 75% patients 3rd had no adequate decrease the AP at night. Communication between the raised level endotehelin 1-21 with development and progressing diabetic nephropathy, and also with indicators diastolic AP is revealed.

ECONOMICS AND HEALTH CARE MANAGMENT
In the paper organization of nonfinancial incentives for pharmacists were analyzed and improvement references in staff management were designed. Through the comparative investigation of pharmaceutical specialists’ encouragements it was found that pharmaceutical enterprises practise some of and not always regular nonfinancial incentives where limited list of encouragements is included. Integration of factor and cluster analyses and further two-dimentional data analysis found no correlation between applied encouragements system and pharmacists needs that resulted in essential job motivation weakening. Nonfinancial methods preference is in lesser financial load that is why their application area much wider than in financial methods. In the event that complex application of pecuniary and non-pecuniary job stimulation methods a synergetic effect producing sizable working efficiency rise has been found.
The role of the alcoholic factor in structure of death rate of the population of Tomsk area is studied. At pathology-anatomic research alcohol in blood was found out in 38,9% of cases. This parameter remains rather stable during of some years while death rate from a poisoning with ethyl spirit last three years has decreased almost on third. The given parameter speaks about essential underestimation of the alcoholic factor in structure of death rate. At carrying out of examinations and researches of corpses of nonviolent death ethyl spirit has been found out in 18,4%. These data draw attention to alchohol-dependent diseases of internal bodies. Other picture comes to light at the analysis of the alcoholic factor in structure of violent death rate. For 2007 at carrying out of examinations and researches of corpses of a violent death ethyl spirit has been found out in 63,2% of cases. The greatest contribution of the alcoholic factor is revealed at such reasons of death, as a poisoning with carbonic oxide (69,7%), action of low temperatures (67,4%), road and transport incidents (48,5%).

DISCUSSIONS
To study psychophysiological characteristics of young schoolchildren in the learning dynamics under the conditions of healthsafe learning process, 104 children of 1st to 4th classes were investigated. It has been found that in most young schoolchildren, the moderate extraversion, medium level of emotional tolerance, moderate general anxiety, and low physiological resistance to stress prevail among psychophysiological characteristics. At the end of the school year, children are characterized by the decreased efficiency, signs of chronic overwork, decreased positive emotions, and decreased adaptability. The most pronounced negative changes are characteristic of 4th -clss children, which is likely connected with the transition to the new stage of learning.
