Abstract
The state of the lipid spectrum and activity of intracellular ferments of lymphocytes have been studied in children 1—5 and 6—10 years old by immunochemical methods. The results suggest that functional peculiarities of lymphocytes in children of different age groups are caused not only by qualitative differences, but also by structural-metabolic characteristics of immunocompetent cells.

Abstract

In order to understand characteristics of morphofunctional status of upper gastrointestinal, 72 patients suffered from the gallstone disease were chosen for the recent survey. Factors were determined that stipulated severity of blennosis, nature of the acid produced, and intensity of motor-evacuation disorders of stomach and duodenum. It was proved that dismotor evidence and lowering resistance of the mucus membrane of stomach and duodenum were the main causes to form the GI tract pathology for the mentioned patients.

Abstract

The purpose of research was to give the comparative characteristic of a daily profile and circadian rhythm of blood pressure at patients with autoimmune thyreoditis depending on function of a thyroid gland. 66 patients with autoimmune thyreoditis and 25 healthy examinees participated in research. The received results testify that the daily rhythm of arterial pressure at patients with autoimmune thyreoditis authentically depends on the functional characteristic of a thyroid gland. Infringements of circadian rhythm of systolic blood pressure «non-dipper» and excessive decrease of diastolic blood pressure at night are characteristic for patients with autoimmune thyreoditis.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was studying influence of the ointment containing as the operating component an Empetrum black extract on some parameters of lipid peroxidation (diene conjugates, malonic dialdehyde, catalase) at allergic contact dermatitis at rats in plasma of blood and leather.
As a result of experiment on model of allergic contact dermatitis it is established, that ointment with an Empetrum extract normalizes processes of the lipid peroxidation (level malonic dialdehyde, diene conjugates and catalase did not differ from the control), that in turn, apparently, can also improve therapeutic effect (initial parameters of an integument were restored). While using the ointment with an Empetrum extract terms of recover of animals are reduced to 4—5 days in comparison with a group of incurable rats, but at the same time it concedes a little to hormonal «Akriderm SK».

Abstract

The influence of modulation of cytoskeleton by colchicine, vinblastine, cytochalasine B and docetaxel on contractile reactions of smooth muscle cells caused by electric stimulus, depolarization, phenylephrine has been investigated by the mechanographical method, by the methods of the double sucrose gup junction. It is established, that induced by a isoosmotic hyperpotassium solution of reduction of smooth muscle of the rat’s aorta, and also caused depolarization stimulus potentials of action and reductions smooth muscle cells from guinea pig urethra, depend more on the condition of microfilaments cytoskeleton than on microtubules. The reduction of smooth muscles cells of an aorta of the rat, caused by isoosmotic striction, is suppressed under the destruction microfilaments whereas the reduction in a hyperosmotic solution depends on a condition of both microfilaments, and microtubules. Cytoskeleton’s microfilaments of aorta’s smooth muscles and microtubules of smooth muscles of cells ureter are involved in mechanisms of action phenylephrine’s action on contractile activity of smooth muscle cells of an aorta and ureter.

Abstract

To elucidate the molecular mechanisms of O. felineus impact into phenotypic variability of allergic diseases in the opisthorchis endemic region, we studied 104 patients with opisthorchosis, 92 patients with atopic bronchial asthma, 52 patients with a combination of both diseases, and 120 healthy persons. Standard clinical, immunological, and genetic methods were used. An association of opisthorchis invasion with the improvement of lung function signs and bronchial hyperreactivity was found. It was established, that IL-4-dependent mechanisms of atopy were suppressed by O. felineus antigens, in particular due to hyperproduction of IL-10 and transforming growth factor-beta. However, IL-5-dependant mechanisms were supported. A phenomenology of the cytokine gene differential expression was established, disclosing the molecular basis of the immune system function in diseases with polar immune response in the helminth endemic region.

Abstract

In this article results of research of some parameters of oxidizing metabolism in lymphocytes blood in patients with verified diffusive toxic struma (DTS) of a various degree of an expressiveness are represented. Is shown, that for the patients with DTS activity the lipid peroxidation in lymphocytes is saved in norm limits. Thus the tags of disbalance of cell glutathione system antioxidative protection are scoredat.

THE RESULTS OF YOUNG SCIENTISTS’ AND STUDENTS’ INVESTIGATIONS

Abstract

In order to investigate the vascular channel change of the flap and vascular bond formation dynamics in the zone of flap-recipient (host) bed after transposition we worked out an experimental model with different variants of vascular pedicle flap preparation (intact pedicle flap, periarterial, perivenous and combined sympathectomy). The vascular channel was investigated with the help of clinical evaluation and investigation of anatomical macro-micro specimen. Clinical-anatomical finding demonstrates abnormal operation of microcirculatory flap channel after all kinds of vascular wall denervation. It was found out that in any variants of flap transposition conduction, the flap lifting and crippling of surrounding tissues causes unavoidable loss of additional (collateral) blood supply sources and disorder of lymph venous outflow. Conduction of pedicle flap sympathectomy in different variants causes additional abnormalities during integration of complicated tissue complex. Preservation of adventitious membrane of arterial vessels creates the most favorable conditions for flap integration and adaptation.

Abstract

To improve the results of conservative treatment of patients with afterburn hypertrophic and keloid cicatrices, 245 patients up to 65 years old having afterburn cicatrices of various area and localization have been examined and treated. In 153 patients, cicatrices were treated using traditional medicines (1% hydrocortisone ointment or Kontraktubex gel), while 92 patients were treated by phonophoresis with verapamil ointment. Clinical-morphological investigations have shown that in patients treated by phonophoresis with verapamil ointment the earlier structural maturation of cicatrix, normalization of pain sensitivity, and more complete removal of afterburn contracture were observed.

Abstract

It is developed and takes root slanting pararektal mini-invasive access to a dome of a blind gut at sharp appenditcite. Indications for use of mini-access are certain. The technics of performance of operation is described. For an estimation of an operational trauma the comparative analysis of changes LII, dynamics leucocites, temperature reaction of an organism, level CRB and the CIC is lead. Advantages and lacks of the offered access are revealed. It is studied microbic contaminations a belly cavity, an operational wound before processing by antiseptics. The bacteriological method leads allocation from an operational wound of microorganisms and their identification on morphological, tinktorial, fermential and to antigenic properties. Efficiency of processing of an operational wound is estimated by various antiseptics. Duration of operation appendectomy from mini-access averaged 39,5 minutes, at traditional access — 46 minutes. Time of a finding of patients in a hospital with 8,75 till 6,1 days has decreased.

Abstract

Bone metabolism at diffuse-toxic goiter (DTG) ahs been analyzed, and diagnostic significance of revealed disorders has been assessed. The results of investigation of 40 patients aged from 18 to 45 indicate that bone resorption at DTG proceeds faster than bone formation, and this leads to demineralization of the bone tissue. The effect of sex and thyrotoxicosis duration on the bone density is proved.

Abstract

Revealed peculiarities of the lipid spectrum of blood serum in children of different age groups have allowed us to determine general regularities of organism’s reaction to a severe burn trauma and to show changes in the lipid metabolism caused by age and functional state of systems and organs. Thus, in early-age children, adaptation reactions break under the conditions of long stress. In elder patients, compensatory abilities are more pronounced, which is indicative of the more adequate reaction to a severe burn injury.
