Abstract

Interferon system plays a key role in the antiviral response. Based on data from the literature, the most dangerous for the development of infectious diseases is the combination of risk alleles of several genes. This study focuses on the analysis of the combined effect of single nucleotide polymorphisms of interferon system genes OAS1, OAS3, PKR, IFNA17 and IFNG in the predisposition to chronic viral hepatitis C. It has been shown that the accounting of several risk genes improves the prediction of development of this disease.

Abstract

The complex immunologic estimation of inflammatory reactions in bronchial contents at 30 patients with various phenotypes of a serious bronchial asthma is spent. It is established that the population structure of lymphocytes and cytokines a profile of the induced phlegm reflects expression and character of inflammatory disturbances in respiratory tracts that will allow to use the given non-invasive method for revealing of molecular markers of serious forms of a bronchial asthma. At the serious terapevticheskirefractory form of a bronchial asthma «brittle» a phenotype in respiratory tracts total СD4+ -, СD19+ -cell and concentration interleukina-4 against depression interleukina-10 is enlarged. At the serious form of a bronchial asthma of a phenotype «the chronic asthma with the fixed bronchial obstruction» in a bronchial secret prevails CD8+ -lymphocytes, concentration interleukina-8, the transforming growth factor-β increases.

Abstract

There was carried out a research of the development of oxidative stress, the condition of glutathione dependant system of antioxidant protection in adipocytes of epididymal adipose tissue of rats when injecting alloxan. The development of oxidative stress in adipocytes was characterized by the increase of lipids hydroperoxide concentration, products reacting with thiobarbituric acid, and the increase of carbonylderived protein. Redox-condition in adipocytes was considerably changing that was specified by the decrease of the content of the reduced form of glutathione and tendency to the increase of glutathione disulfide content, decrease of ratio between reduced and oxidized forms of threepeptide. Damage of protein molecule at oxidative stress may lead to the abnormality of transduction of insulinic signal and appearance of insulin resistance in adipose tissue.

Abstract

The electret voltage indices of artificial surfaces are dependent on coatings formation technology and may be regulated by means of change in their physical-chemical parameters. Chemical modification of radio frequency magnetron calcium phosphate coatings (RFMCPC) by means of silicious incorporation led to an augmentation of pieces’ electrostatic potential. A complication of RFMCPC relief that was fixed by roughness index Ra is accompanied by increase in electret voltage index of artificial surface and its statistical deviation. Bone marrow cells suspension in model biological electrolyte populated RFMCPC dimples. In this manner it modulated the amplitude and leveled out the differences of surface electrostatic potential.

Abstract

In this review we discuss the mechanisms of human immune response modification by helminth in bronchial asthma. Helminth invasion causes increase of level to regulatory T-cells and to suppression of an allergic inflammation in bronchial asthma. Antihelminth therapy leads to decrease of level Treg cells. Deficiency or dysfunction of Treg cells can be a cause of allergic diseases.

Abstract

The оptimum realization to respiratory function depends on varied sensory feedbacks from ensemble of the sources of the body. Pulmonary sensory receptors are the initiating sites for lung reflexes. The information arriving from lungs and airways information is one of the most important feedbacks that provide the adaptation of the respiratory centre for producing of the pattern optimal in terms of work and force of breathing. In article the review of currently existing data about morphology and functional characteristics of sensitive pulmonary structures is presented: slowly adapting stretch receptors, rapidly adapting receptors, C-fiber receptors and neuroepithelial bodies.

Abstract

The purpose of the current research is to investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography of the pediatric gastroesophageal reflux disease. There were 29 children examined with clinical and endoscopic signs of gastroesophageal reflux in each of three age categories: less than 1 year, 1—6 years, and 7—14 years. The examination of abdominal esophagus, stomach and duodenum was conducted with the ultrasound scanner Ultrasonik. The abdominal esophagus was measured from its entrance into the diaphragm to the base of gastric folds. We also measured the diameter of esophagus, the width of lumen, thikness and structure of wall, and the His's angle. The most freqent symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux were the enlargement in diameter of esophagus and the thikening of abdominal esophagus wall, which were observed in 75,9% and 82,8% of cases correspondingly. It was noted that the enlargement of abdominal esophagus lumen happens on an empty stomach and after exercising in water in 44,8% of cases. 37,9% of children with gastroesophageal reflux have His's angle of 90 degrees. Gastroesophageal reflux was registered in 27,6% of cases. If children ranging in older age have enlargement in diameter of esophagus and the thikening of abdominal esophagus wall, it is the evidence of the incompetence of cardia and reflux esophagitis. Neonates with the syndrome of posseting are observed to have insignificant extention of abdominal part of esophagus (equal to 6—7 mm), it may be regarded as morphofunctional immaturity of lower esophagus sphincter.

Abstract

In experiment on laboratory rats Wistars by a method of appearing through electronic microscopy of a liver it is established, that at action of small doses of fluorine (0,5 mg/kg of a fluorine-ions within 1 month) hepatocitys are exposed destructions by damp lyses, and endoteliocitys — apoptosis. A special kind destructions is migration mytochondris in kernels hepatocitys with the subsequent formation megaautohpagosomes and them lyses. In basalition to a membrane develops fibrosis and appear pathological message between space Disse and a gleam of sinusoidal capillaries. The conclusion that small doses of fluorine close to used at osteoporosis correction, cause destructive changes in a liver that does necessary to carry out the actions directed on inactivation of fluorine becomes.
